[MOD] REQUEST: Transparent Genie Widget with HTC icons compatible with Froyo FRF85b

Can someone make a transparent Genie Widget using the HTC icons like seen in this thread...

[Request] HTC Clock and Music stock apps

i flashed something and i lost the htc stock clock app and music player. I like the stock clocks i have the widgets but no app. So i was hoping if anyone could send me either or. Thanks

there is the htcmusic apk. as far as the clock goes, do you know the actual name of the apk? the only htc clock i can find in any of the files i have is htc clock widget. let me know if you would like me to upload that one and you can try it.

That's the stock Analog Clock widget that comes with 2.3. I think an app called Analog Clock Collection has a replica of it if you're on 2.2 down

[Q] How to replace sense 3.0 clock widget with sense 3.5 clock widget?

Currently running on sense 3.0 and i like the 1 line 3d clock widget from sense 3.5,
is there any possibility to copy just the HTCCLock3dWidget.apk over(in /sysem/app/)? Because if i do so its not working, does the 3.5 widget has some dependecies wich has to be copyied too?
I dont want to flash custom rom just because of the widget..

No, one cannot simply copy APK and expect it to work.
If not you might be able to mind some equivalent widget through the application Beautiful Widgets.

Yes you are right, i messed it up. I did backup of the clock widget apk then replaced it with the new one, since then it didnt show up in the widget list, then i replaced it back with the app from backup but it is still not in the widget list. So now im using beautiful widgets clock and everything is ok.

[Q] Jellybean clock app/widget on HTC sense

i extracted out the deskclock.apk from a non sense rom (4.2.2), and have installed on my stock rooted htc one xl (jellybean 4.1.2). -- this is a sense based rom...
when adding the digital clock widget (android), it just says 'problem loading widget'
is this doable?
can someone point me in the right direction?

Exactly which widget is it? If it's the CM cLock or Dashclock, they only work on Android 4.2+ so Sense is a no go at the moment (until it's updated to 4.2).

its not the dashclock, just the standard clock, the analog widget works fine, just the digital one....
