Hi, I am an italian and I am searching a Rom in italian that have all the bar (include clock and battery icon) in bottom.
I need this type of rom because according to me with the 2 bar on the top and on the bottom the working screen is reduced...and I don't like all the bar on the top.
Can you tell me the name or the link of this type of roms?
Thanks
Jassy.
it is impossible to have battery, volume, signal strength, network type and clock icons on the bottom bar. also your question has a very easy answer: search the raphael forum for ita rom and i'm sure you will 2-3 roms that are good.
example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=661727
It was not that I was looking for ...but it's OK! With this roms I have many problems and it blocks many times. I have the Jesko_25016_Ger_ITA ROM and I was forced to remove the battery to continue.
Can you tell me if there is a rom that is very fast?
PS: I found that when I enter in the messages is very slow and also when I type.

I have a V1605 vodafone UK at the bottom of the today screen, it has a small section displays battery icon and comms icon. When programs are running, they do not appears in the bar, however tomtom does, if tomtom is running you can see tomtom icon in this bar.
Can anyone tell me should I see all running programs here ?
Is there anyway to remove this bar ? Its using up vital real estate.
Bottom menu bar is the tray. Apps can stick whatever they want in there - check out PHM Tray Launch of VJTrayLaunch. Only selected icons appear, not all running apps (although I think the O2 extensions makes this an option).
I don't like the tray, and made solutions in the past to remove it, but it needs updating for WM5 (VJToggleToday).
There are a couple of other apps that do the same, try reading the end of my thread to find the name. A Russian program I think.

I was looking for a task manager.
I found valksoft true toolbar, its fab, it uses that tray area and shows running apps, you can switch to or close them, now that bar is useful.
Can I also had VJtray launch would they work together ?
In your pics I see it using the area where the hard button menu is, is that what it replaces ?
PHM Tray Launch is a better app then VJTrayLaunch due to the fact that I haven't rewritten VJTrayLaunch yet...
But yes, a tray launcher should co-exist with other tray apps.
I Use VJToggleToday II to remove my softkeys/start bar. Search on this forum for info.

I've tried searching and can't find anything. I flashed a new ppckitchen rom to a vogue and now have 2 clocks in the title bar. I can't figure out any way to get rid of the second one. I can change the first one to a clock through the shell registry edit. If I have the clock displayed, then the second battery doesn't display a status when clicked.
Hi,
I have a problem with the status bar, which tends to expand even if I dont want (and I dont tap/grab it). I also noticed that the status bar almost unnoticeably flutters, when it is collasped.
It is almost inposible to work with the phone, any contact with the display results by the expanded status bar. The status bar also offen does not collaps fully, one more row remains just bellow the clock/battery row.
If I disable the status bar in ADWLauncher, seems all works fine.
At first, I had the RC2.2 installed and it worked fine. This behaviour apeared suddenly and lasts even after I flashed the 7.0.0 final ROM.
Thanks for help!
device: HTC Tattoo Click
ROM: both
CyanogenMod 7.0.0 Release
RC2.2
Have you tried wiping fully and flashing to a stock rom? If the problem persists after that, I would think it may be a hardware issue, something with the screen perceiving touch at the top of the screen. Also, have you tried moving the status bar to the bottom in CM7? It should be under tablet settings (I'm not sure of the exact path as I'm running something else atm). If it still occurs with the status bar at the bottom, I wouldn't think it would be hardware related.
If it is the screen, I'd unroot & take it in if you have insurance.
Hello, I haven't find a way to change the status bar toggles (can't remove annoying google plus profile acces?) and to make it appear at first when touching status bar and not having to touch the top bar right icon after , screen is big enough to have toggles displayed always (I would want to make them more lilttle also).
Thanks
Have found If I pull down status bar with two finger it goes direct to toggles, it's better than nothing. To modify toggles could be something with root and not another Rom?
note, that functionality had to wait for roms

I'm running SlimSaber-galaxys4gmtd-4.4.2-20140320.zip on an SGH-T959W.
A little while ago the status bar (bar at top with signal status, time etc.) auto hides after 3 seconds. I know that when i am in an app that kit-kat will hide the staus bar to conserve real estate and I like that but not when I am at the home screen or in apps list.
I know it was probably me that changed a setting but I can't find what it was and how to disable it.
Help .... please, pretty please.
Fixed it - found option where I can switch from "Normal" screen to "Extended" screen.
