after format BINFS, SP5 dont get ditect by the activesync

hi all,
this was my first try to update my SP5 to WM6.
i did the following.
1. APP unlock
2. set SuperCID
3. got in to the boot menu, check if HTCSSuperCID is there
md>info 2
GetDeviceInfo=0x00000002
+ SD Controller init
- SD Controller init
+StorageInit
***** user area size = 0x3BA00000 Bytes
HTCSSuperCID ' HTCE
4. then did the format
Cmd>format BINFS
Format BinFS partition.
Format is completed!!
5. then i set the ActiveSync to use USB, turn off the SP5 and back on gain
now the issue is it only goes to the boot menu so it never get detected by activesync.
any ida why ?

well, i got around that since this will not get detected by the activesync; you need to run the WM6GSMUpdate & press hold the power and camera button for the updated detect the phone.

after format binfs, reboot, it will always go back to bootloader menu. thats normal. what you need to do is that now you need to run the ROM Update Utlilty included in the WM6 ROM you have downloaded while the sync cable is attached to your device.
don't worry everything will be fine after that.

After Format BINFS it is needed it was to enter a command ResetDevice
After that as a telephone again will enter in Boot, it is needed to start sewing! And only after sewing it is possible in tuning of Aktiv Sink to include connecting on USB!

yes i got to know that after playing with it for some time, i did the update and its working fine, let me say that the GSM radio update must done some thing good since i get good reception where i didn't get much
also keep in mind that SP5 dont allow the APP unlock to run unless you do some changes in the registry.

Stuck on ResetDevice
After the format I type in ResetDevice and it hangs there. No cmd> returns and switching off or on while holding the camera key has no effect.
I cannot get the SP5m to connect to avtivesync program at all.
Have I knackered the phone?

Well I'll be buggered. Thinking the worst I restarted my computer and thought I'd give it one last try. Even though activesync still maintained it had no connection I tried the updates as per instructions and now have a fully updated mobile phone. Just trying it out, and hoping I'm not being ungrateful, is there an UK English language available.

switch off da phond. run da rom update. when it says finding phone. switch da phone back on.

I did it then my windows can not install device.. then my phone was dead... now I need a jtag adapter but I haven't it...

need help in T-moble HTC PU10 stuck on boot loader screen

i just tried to update my HTC PU10 windows mobile 5 to WM6 but then the screen got blank and now i think its in boot loader screen as i read in most of the forums. i read most of the forums abt this for 7hrs now and still stuck coz im new to these.
im using windows 7 on my pc so i cant use Activesync so im using windows mobile device center to connect
i tried connecting to mtty1.42 but my MDA dosnt detect in USB as most of the forums say but when i connect to the pc my MDA screen gose serial to USB v1.01 it mean im in the boot loader screen am i right ? so please tell me wht to do next

ok i got my MDA working have to use Windows XP. ROM Update Utility dosnt detect the MDA from USB on Windows7

Belated Help
Firstly, remove both the SIM card and any memory card. Make sure your battery is charged as well. Can you get into the bootloader (Light button, on/off button and reset button all at the same time)?
If so then your screen should be showing 'Serial' at the top and a number at the bottom. Plug the cable into the XDA and into your PC (it IS a PC and not an iMac I'm assuming?). What OS are you using? XP, Vista or 7?
You need to ensure that 'connect via USB' is DE-SELECTED in either activesync or Windows mobile device centre.
With the cable plugged in, the 'serial' should change to 'USB'. If so all is good. If not, try another cable!
You may also need to ensure you have the correct drivers loaded for Vista and Win 7. I can't get it to work under Win 7 but I can under Vista. XP is preferred for stability for me though.
Now, assuming you have USB on the XDA screen, run mtty (attached to this post) and select usb as the connection type.
Then press enter and you should get a 'USB>' command prompt in the window on the PC. Type (not copy paste) the following:
set 14 0 <press return - don't type this bit obviously!>
Task 28 55aa <press return - don't type this bit obviously!>
Allow each to finish before typing the next and allow the command prompt to appear before exiting.
Then exit mtty and flash a good ROM, I use VNInt with HomeScreenPlus.

Polaris stuck after failed upgrade...HELP!!!

I was upgrading my Polaris from one 6.5 rom to another when my computer crashed...the process was to about 28%...I restarted the pc but the phone is stuck on that multi coloured screen...i tried a hard reset but it still goes the multi coloured screen...Some assistance or any would be really appreciated...Help!!!

First, the Driver must be installed on the machine before then.
1-6 commands can be used with the open marriage Debug Mode only.
7-9 can be used with the machine that faithful into Fastboot Mode only.
Profile commands.

Pixel 2 broken screen, Need to recover a file

Hi,
I tried lots of things! Can't do anything yet... I really need that file.
My USB debugging is not turned on, if it was I'll be ok. I found that if you copy the adbkey.pub from your users directory to the phone it
will bypass the USB debugging function, but can't push it with adb.
I can only boot in recovery and use fastboot or adb but with no access to the phone... I don't have TWRP installed.
I tried to flash TWRP with: fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
and I got an error telling me: FAILED (remote: 'No such partition.')
Probably because USB debug is not enabled... again...?
EDIT: tried to make me a walkthrough for the keyboard using a working phone, I can get up to the settings app, there's no focus on the settings items so I can't select them...
- I have access to the fingerprint sensor, but not gonna do much since I rebooted the phone i'll need to enter the unlock code.
- I can plug in a keyboard/mouse combo in my phone, for this to work i'll need a walkthough for arrows key/enter key to press to I can enable USB debugging.
- The screen is broken(black) touch sensor also broken.
- The phone is not rooted but is OEM unlocked
- I tried several software to mirror screen, they all require USB debugging enable or accept something on the phone or both.
- I know where the file is located on the phone but I don't know it's exact name (it's a .mp3 file, not a song ) it's in /storage/emulated/0/Recorders
Any help is greatly appreciated.
