Hi I just got an Evo from Sprint, I'm looking for the Calendar, Missed calls, and other notification on the Lock screen. Does anyone know if there is any, if there is please post the link. Appreciate your help

Hello everyone. This is my first post on this forum and I'm hoping that someone can help me solve a problem. I have been unable to figure out how I can change the action associated with tapping a notification on the Today screen. Specifically, when there is a new voicemail notification visible on my today screen, I want to change it so when I tap on it it runs a mortscript instead of dialing *86. Anyone know how? Sorry if this is already been answered but ive had a big look and cant find it.
I thought WinMo 6.5 had indicators on the lock screen showing missed calls and messages etc etc, each with its own separate slider, and you could just slide the one you wanted to see more about in order to unlock the device and go directly to that app. yet my leo HD2 doesn't seem to have this,it just has one slider at the top of the lock screen.
is this a setting somewhere i have missed or is this a "feature" for some reason?

I dont have a Leo (yet) to confirm this, but on 6.5 you have to first tap the main slider. It will then show sliders for the notifications.

Slide to Lock Notifications not working
When I want to see if I have a missed email, SMS or something, I have to unlock the screen to see. Is there anyway for me to be able get my lock to say Tap or Slide to Unlock instead of just slide to unlock so I will be able to see my notifications by just tapping instead of having to put in my password to see?
Is there a way to get notifications and reminders on the lock screen without rooting the device? If so, how? I already tried Lockscreen Calendar, but it won't work with the AT&T/Samsung lockscreen. I missed an appointment today because I never saw the reminder.

I found a program called Nudnik, which will create a popup, turn on the screen, and can unlock the screen. But when the screen times out, you still have to get through the standard unlock screen to find the popup underneath.
I'd still like to get all of my notifications to show up on the lock screen.
Executive Assistant
I've been using Executive Assistant (free version that has very unobtrusive ads) on my SGS2. It shows missed calls and texts, emails, calendar events, voicemail. Maybe some more, but that's all I have showing. It's scrollable, too, which is nice.
It took me a bit to get it where I wanted it, but I absolutely love it. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a lockscreen notification center.
I hear great things about Widgetlocker, too.

Why not use widgetlockscreen it only cost about 2.00 or something like that in the android market. Then you can put anything on your lockscreen.

Hi guys, i was using a stock samsung galaxy S2 android and moved into something brilliant and way better ( Pure ICS ROM)
there is only 1 thing i miss from the touchwiz Galaxy s2, and it is the notification icon that you get when an SMS is received or when a phone call is received and you miss it.
I am talking about the red circle that popups on the lockscreen on stock samsung galaxy S2 for unread SMS and missed calls.
I would like to know if there is an app or apk that could bring that SMS/phone notification icon on the lockscreen once again. That was way nice to see if i missed a call clicking just 1 button.
The only thing that came close to that is an app called notifier pro plus, that creates a banner on the lockscreen, but it has some flaws, because sometimes you are using web browser and doing other things and the banner popups not only on the lockscreen but everywhere

In ICS, the notification bar can be pulled down on the lockscreen, so you don't need them to show on the lockscreen. Just pull down your notifications.

I have been searching around for a solution of the above question myself, and found that everyone keeps saying to use the notification bar etc - not really helpful, and doesn't answer the question
I found a free lock screen app called 91Locker which will display a notification for unread messages and missed calls on the lock screen, plus a few other nifty features
Hope this helps anyone else that comes this issue
