I can get hold of the backpacks direct from a source @ o2, £89 each. im happy to get hold of some and pass them on (just postage on top of the original price) cos i know how hard it is to get hold of them.

I've paid US $ 130 (82 pounds) during one of my business trips to UAE (Dubai). That was good price to me.

here they are 140£ but then thats including our 25% sales tax
so ordering it from uk would save but some money but would make it a ***** to RMA

How much would that be in US dollars? thanx.

Phone repear in Brazil

When I bought my Trinity I gave my Wizzard to my daughter who lives in Brazil but it seems the connector at the fhone is broken now I try to find someone in Sau Paulo who can repear such phones, the connectors of most phones are simmilair I believe so there must be someone in that big sity who reairs these type of phones.
I now there is a Google but my Portuguese isn't good enough and my daughter isn't tecnical enough but a little hooked to here phone if anyone could point me in the direction of someone who can repair here phone there it would be a great help.

Once again thanks for your answer, my daughter caled to the phonenumber whci you gave but they can't do anything in Brasil they said that it has to being send to or Amsterdam, or Tauan this will take to long.
I just can't believe that there isn't anybody in Brasil who repair such phones here in Holland we have at least one where you even can wait for the repair
If anyone nows someone who can do the job in Brasil I would be very pleased.

Pfff... That's a shame.
Anyway, HTC is just now starting business at Brazil, so they probabily don't have an official local technical service yet.
Surely there's someone in São Paulo who can repair it, not with official HTC suport, but just looking in the stores. Sorry can't help more.

I'm glad i never got those payment instructions. who knows where my money could be right now!
And also remember, when ordering from them, you will probably have to pay the toll and VAT at your home country, so it really isn't even that cheap.

I thought to do so, but after doing whois pings on the domain, found out that the website is registered to a person with a same surname than the person answering my e-mail. Family biz.. They can go to hell with their stupid shop, just ordered from expansys.

I bought from highstreet "Kamla" in London on Tottenham Court Road... UK version for £499.
A bit more expensive but from my past experience with HTC P3600 which was quite unstable initially, I thought it's better to buy from a shop where I can go back to if anything goes wrong.

I tell you...that is nuts. I had an issue with the first Touch Pro I ordered. Thank goodness I did it on E-Bay. Paypal refunded my money after my dispute, found another seller, and bought two of them with next day air delivery. Though I had one seller try to mess around with me, money was safe, and still had my Touch Pro within a week of the UK's launch.

DON'T PAY BY BANK TRANSFER OR WESTERN UNION.
A merchant who doesn't take cards is generally always a scammer; bank transfers/WU are irreversible, this is precisely why they're required by scammers.
If you want to buy a device, buy it on a card; the price is cheaper than average for a good reason, use your noodle.

Ask the seller to ship it as a gift item or promotional item. This generally cancels the levied tax.. Not sure if it applies in your country though.. :silly:
Also, yes it's different. You use odin here or you can flash via recovery.. The forums have all the relevant information required..
I'd suggest Liquid Smooth, it's very smooth and customizable..

I'd like to ask someone from U.S. to help me get a Relay 4G from eBay.
I found out that if someone buys from the guy on eBay (the one i want) and then sends it to me as a gift, then I'd be able to pay around 40$ less.
If there's anybody that could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm selling my Relay if anyone is interested.

I recently went to the US and bought a Relay from eBay for 99$. When you go there in person, no taxes need to be paid.
But I bought the first Relay some time ago also from eBay, and their GSP (global selling program) is really good. Especially because they tell you in advance how much shipping AND taxes you have to pay, and I had not only this but some other stuff as well shipped to me and I never had to go anywhere to pick it up and never had to pay anything additional. So for buying to the EU at least I can very much recommend it.
You'll recognize GSP items if it says something like "includes customs clearance and international shipping with package tracking" (in your language) and they give you an estimate of the taxes and shipping on the eBay item page.
And in my experience, declaring items as gift does exactly nothing, because it doesn't matter - you're bringing goods into the country and you have to pay taxes for it, no matter whether it's a gift or not. And finally, according to http://www.dutycalculator.com/country-guides/Import-duty-taxes-when-importing-into-Poland/ you don't have to pay anything if the total value is below 150 EUR - which should be enough to get a used Relay 4G.

I actually have the Polish keyboard working right now, but it's on CM11, which has performance problems for me ;/
I'd really like to get cm 10.2 (or whatever the lastest Jelly Bean is) with Polish word correction support.
I made an attempt to copy the keyboard files from CM11 to CM10.2 zip file, and the keyboard worked fine, but the launcher would crash quite a bit ;/
Could you let me know about any threads regarding Polish keyboard support?
