I read Ars' review of Froyo on Nexus One and found THIS (screenshot).
What's that "GwibberSh..." app? Is that Gwibber, as in the Microblogging app on GNU/Linux? Can't find it on the Market. If it is, what's the whole name?
it is, it was announced to be ported to android, maemo, and i think another os earlier this year. may have been a beta .apk that the reviewer had.
The Ars writer who wrote that review is the dev of gwibber, so it's most likely an alpha/beta that he has on his n1.
is there any progress or did someone ask him about the android version?

Share u'r things........
Can we install that?
Anyone try that?
Sorry if I'm rude but this is the wrong section for your question. Also if honeycomb was available you would see at least one post stating as much.
And wth does "Share u'r things........" mean?
It hasn't been released to the public yet.
Beta Rom or Dump Rom
Can we find those? They release those tablets in CES 2011.
Yeah man, you can find Android Honeycomb on the G-Tablet. Just build a time machine and skip over to April 2011. In the meanwhile, stop acting silly.
I suppose you upgraded from Donut to Froyo when they released Eclair?

Screw it.Lets just skip to ice cream. Nice pic bro. I don't know if I wana listen to "i wear my sunglasses at night" or vanilla ice. "yo vip let's kick it"
That's hilarious. No 3.0 SDK, no source, not even a real demo at CES, just some video playing on an unpopulated 3.0 on the Xoom. No products released, just announced.
Apparently XDA are actually thought of as magicians at this point.
I saw footage of the actual os being used, widgets being added etc...it was on slashdot or something...
There was a live demo at CES if you showed up for the keynotes
Google performed a live demo of Honeycomb at CES as part of the Keynote Speech demonstrating the look and feel as well as changes to library, gmail etc ...roll on Honeycomb ...lookin cool
Closed this thread, as it is in the incorrect section and didn't really contribute to anything.
Okay, so I did a search and couldn't find a discussion or any word on XDA of this. So for those of you who don't know about it, this goes out to you: the title says it all. For those of you who know about it, any thoughts, criticisms, praises, hopes? I just figured I'd make a place for this. I saw this over at RootzWiki so here is a direct link to their article, props to them. And then direct link to the website where you can get sample code, a Hello World, and plenty of other fun information regarding the project.

I didn't know this was considered Android just because it's Google?
well, it is supposed to be able to replace java, I was looking around for more info here and not much!! i was thinking with recent rumors that jelly bean might be tablet oriented and dart runs in chromium that we might see chromebooks start to share in android or android share into chromium os, any thoughts? i want to chat it up?
yeah the whole chatting it up thing is what I was hopin for when I posted this to see what people think about Dart, if they have begun to dabble in it, and for any news of it.. Are you saying that Chromium? If so I hadn't known that..

Who wants Google Plus on WebOS. ?
And how do i make a POLL??
51 views since i posted this thread. Admin, could you delete this thread?
I am, actually. But seems to be the only one besides you.
About the poll, isn't that something only available in Q&A subforums? Anyway.
Good.
Well, a time ago, i was going to release a very alpha version of that concept (i made an app for WebOS to load G+) But it was when the API wasn't released.. (and my pre was alive). Now, i need to know, if is there any interest yet for this today.
IF YES. I will re-start the development (i got some knowledge this days) of the application, and release it for free perhaps around this forum (because HP asks a fee for the app market).
Also, i could need some testers. (yes, i have no WebOS device, and the emulator is just... not enough).
So, if is there any ppl interested, say yes? or something. Also, if you would want to be some kind of tester say it.
AND, sorry for my bad english, i have a super headache. (health issues i guess)
Interesting! I have never been a tester and I'm very far from programming, but I have a Pixi Plus so I'm willing to provide you any feeback needed in case of actually starting the project.
Regards. Hope the ache didn't blow your head.
P.S.: Could you change the title of the thread to something more detailed about what you have in mind? Maybe it could attract more people.
please count me in for touchpad testing
Interested too, got a TouchPad and a Pre 3
I'll test in my pre3 if you want.

Why do all the hassle to vote for an G+-app for webOS when there already is a beta that's being developed further?
Just look it up in the App Catalog.

Well sir, i didn't notice that. I have no WebOS device right now.
And well, if its an app being developed right now, this thread is useless.
According to many sources bbm is now being developed for android and iPhone since one year (http://www.technobuffalo.com/compan...d-images-leaked-expected-to-launch-this-year/)
Can anyone pls find this app and post a link!!!
Please!!!!!!111

Sadly Rim decided that BBM got too big and wanted to keep it exclusive so they could make more money, but you can fake BBM, but you can only talk with other android friends who have the app. Search for bbm for android in Google and the info is at the top of the results. I would put a link but I'm a new member still and can't
Might be a stupid question (and could equally be posting in the wrong place), but is it possible to port this iPhone app to Android. It's very simple, but there's just nothing comparable for Android soon, and having the sensor/shoes it seems a waste to not have the app available somehow.
Any help would be great, cheers guys.
