Change animation at startup hd2 ??!

HI GUYS !!!
I HAVE BUY MY FIRST HTC PHONE THE VERY FANTASTIC HD2 !
MY ROM IS 1.43 MADE BY ORANGE FRANCE. MY LEO IS VERY NICE FOR ME WITH THIS (I WAIT THE HSPL LIKE YOU TOO ! LOL ).
I HAVE JUST ONE PROBLEM MY STARTUP ANIMATION OF ORANGE.
NOT MY STYLE AND VERY !
I WOULD CHANGE THIS IF ITS POSSIBLE, IF YES YOU CAN TELL ME SOLUTION PLEASE??
AND IF YOU HAVE OTHER ANIMATION JUST ONE WORD : SHARE LOL
IM SURE ANOTHER USERS ARE INTERESTED TOO . AND MAYBE MY THREAD CAN BE A GOOD NEWS FOR OTHER HD2 UTILISATORS!

Can't you just flash it with one of the official 1.48 roms?
I'm not entirely sure as mine wasn't from an operator but I'm guessing it should work as well.
Maybe someone can confirm this?
Oh and I got another tip that should be useful for you, and make your future messages a lot less irritating to read :
Check the extreme left side of your keyboard, you should see several keys that are bigger than the others, take the 3rd one from the bottom, called "Caps Lock" or "Shift Lock" or some other name, and press it

Regarde dans ton dossier Windows pour un fichier .gif commençant par startup, c'est celui-ci qui est l'animation de début.
Et effectivement, merci d'écrire sans majuscules en continu
look into your Windows folder, for a file .gif, beginning with "startup", that file is meant to be loaded at startup.
And for sure, it would be nice to write without CAPS LOCK on every word

startup_480x800.gif in windows folder

No biggy for uploading it, after all, you should have the file, you did buy the device (one way or the other, its legally yours)
About that second file you mentioned, sorry but cant find any file like that on my device (and cant look in my rom since well, i wouldn't know how, and its the one that came on my device) so my guess is its the above file (with mentioned name & in windows dir)

and this is my first contribution !
she work fine on my leo. i have created this animation with virtual dub for cut video and ulead gif animator 5,the gimp and gif movie gear for animation,size and other things.
its easy if you want precisions ask me

This one is really nice. I liked it. I have another trick to change Startup and Shutdown Animation:
Give your desired animation file on the following path:

news is a problem because they would be only on english language.

yes it works on Google Calendar..but i also have other calendar entries, Deutsche Feiertage, Die Geburts- und Jahrestage Ihrer Kontakte and Wochennummern wöchentlich anzeigen. I disabled them and only enabled [email protected] which gives the MAN UTD fixtures and results. thank you.

1. Maybe you should update the calendars. If I compare the chelsea game fixtures with the homepage, it doesn't match.

Yes the schedules are working and it is synced as per your time zone..!! the only thing about chelsea is that i have added the schedule for barclays premier league only and for the champions league and other tournaments that they are participating!!
i have subscribed for manchester united team (no offence ) and the matches are exactly as per my timezone!!!

is it possible to cache the data and maybe provide a user setting for the refresh interval?
currently the app reloads data whenever certain categories are switched into (such as groups, rankings, etc.), but i think even during the tournament period these data wont update frequently..

Good suggestion. It would be interesting to let users configure refresh interval.
For some screens, it's better to have refresh when possible because rankings are going to change, teams with roster are still changing ...

Great app! Perhaps add country flags to the calendar section aswell to make it look even nicer?
And maybe a setting to choose between light and dark themed manager? like white + light blue / dark gray + dark blue?

Suggestion : Just like others have said here..schedule should be based on country location. It should read the locale and set the time ( In my case IST )

I must improve time of matchs by considering locale of user rather than only local time of match.

I'm from France. So, I support France but I don't think we can win that Euro. A semi-final would be already great.
For Copa America, competition has already started. Unfortunately, it's little bit too late. But, I think I'm going to support Olympics Games Football Tournament .
