Hi, I have Fresh 0.2 installed and prefer the original Sense toolbar at the bottom verses the Espresso one. Is there any way to reinstall/revert back to it? Many thanks.

Totally not true..I am running Fresh .3 with stock Sense UI bottom bar. Here is an update.zip flash this from recovery. This also puts the sliders back to stock and puts the HTC splash screen back when Rosie launches.

Can we get the sense ui and sliders and keep the fresh splash. I kind of like that splash

I can when I get to a computer. This doesn't take away the boot splash, just the black fresh background when rose boots.
The phone does not boot up all the way after installing that zip file. I had to reflash the rom to get it to load up again. Is there a working zip file? thanks

This is only the rosie apk it will not make everything green on the fresh Rom. This is best used on modaco, obelisk79 roms or TTG roms. If I have time I will make another flash to make everything green on the fresh Rom but I don't run the fresh rom so we will see. I love the speed of fresh but not the transparent stuff. It was just easier for me to stick with the obelisk79 modaco Rom since I already nandroided with it and my apps2sd and it will FC if I flash it over my hacked up obelisk79 Rom.
For anyone that want to use it here is the zip for espresso rosie in green.
Nandroid Backup First.
I am not responsible for anything this does. I made this for myself and figured i would share it for anyone that want to try it.
I get no FC's or problems flashing this.
Just put on SD card and flash from recovery.

Thanks for posting this, I flashed it on to ttg v0.15 Rom

Damn you toast lol. Doesn't matter... can't please everyone! haha.

Always nandroid backup lol
This is rosie only the fresh Rom has many other modified apks so it will still have blue. I used this on a modaco Rom to get espresso. If you want everything green on fresh then you have to also change the framework apk. I am not sure about what other files he modified to make them blue. I know to change the blue to green you will need this and the framework file. I did not modify the framework files as mine are already not blue.
Check the ttg Rom thread for the original blue rosie download

Nice.
But anyway you can fix the apps drawer button on the left ? It's kinda wonky ? (sort of bulges on the right and bottom left)

Well, I'll wait for when you release a Green Espresso theme for Fresh 1.1 (it's what I roll with) then since I imagne it will have updated APKs to match. If this doesn't make everything green again, then I'll wait for what you might eventually do.

I've been trying to find the stock style Hero taskbar. I found the zip in the pre-kitchen theme folder but I am on a mac and can't use the kitchen. Tried flashing the zips with out it and they abort. I guess they aren't the right kind of zips. If anyone has it lying around and could help me out that would be great. Thanks.... oh I'm running Fresh1.1

The only way i have been able to go back to stock task bar is to flash the stock theme. That would turn the bottom bar back stock as well but you could then flash a rosie espresso bar and get it back.

Ok i did this and Im happy with it. One problem. I could only find a a stock theme that went back to the old lock screen. I really liked the lockscreen without the bar. I found the clear one on the geekforme site but it changes the taskbar back... Erg Is there a version out there that wount do that?
Also got rid of my fancy animations from fresh1.1 would like those back as well.
yes please somebody post a link for the stock taskbar from 1.5. greatly appreciated
If you flash the stock theme from TTGs rom thread, it will give you the stock taskbar back but will also give you the stock bottom bar. If you like the espresso bottom bar, he also has a .zip in his thread for that as well.

Hi, i was wondering if this was possible? Im new to the nexus one, and havent flashed on android for a long while, so im not really interested in flashing a rom yet, but im super tired of the white bar at the top. is there a way to change that without flashing?
I had wondered this before, the short version is that the stock rom is odex'ed, meaning you can change the bar to black, but the text will also be black.
ROMs are still the name of the game though, I use MCR 2.0, it's very close to stock (except rooted, himem/undervolted kernel, and a few other goodies). I'd never go back honestly.

not sure where you got that info from, but if you are on a stock ROM, you cant change the bar or much else for that matter without a home replacement app.
no root access=no abilities to root files.
to the OP if you are using the stock rom and have root access, yes you can do what you want to do, either with metamorph or by flashing an update.zip
in either case make sure you find the one you want, nandroid, and do what you gotta do. if you dont like it, revert to nandroid. there are a few black bar themes and other things of the like here.

I think he is saying that he has an unlocked bootloader and root access on a stock rom, and doesn't feel like flashing a custom rom yet, so no, he cannot get white text in the status bar for the clock and date on a more recent stock rom without first de-odex-ing /system/framework.
HTC Lockscreen from Sense 3.0 for all you Chefs and Non-Chefs lol...
Source
Just install this .apk, reboot and you will get the new sense 3.0 lockscreen!!
Missed calls, SMS, and more in the lockscreen!!
Also attached is the default 2.3.3 lockscreen incase you dont like it - Just remember to rename it to HtcLockScreen.apk
doesn't work on stock ROM, you can't install system app..
How do you install it?
I also have same problem... >> "you can't install this app"
Could it be you need root access to replace the system files? In which case it could be a bit of a trick
Even more of a reason to get this device S-Off('d)
Shame there isn't really a large 'modding' community backing it
thanks nice
Its a System App hence requires root.
So unfortunately no good to those without root.

The recovery flash is for Desire S and not the nexus so obviously wouldnt work. Mount points etc in the updater script will be different, thats if it uses updater script.
After installed it, my desire s can't boot anymore.
I guess, when it tries to load the lockscreen, it crashes.
What I am doing wrong :/ ?
Edit:
Ok, now it works. Flashed a custom rom and installed the lockscreen.
But one question left. I guess its not possible to put the mail, telephone... app to this lockscreen like in the sense 3.0 videos.
True oder false?
Sense 3.0 is laggy on Desire S or it works smooth?

Its only the lockscreen of sense 3.0.
But dont worry, works really smooth and its really really cool .
Give it a chance, you'll like it .
I pulled this from Sprint Lovers | 2.2 | 3.70.651.1 to work on the new Gingerbread OTA (4.22.651.2).
This is only for DEODEXED ROMS
EDIT:
I just put up two new zips for the new 4.24.651.1 Gingerbread update
(for 4.22.651.2 use the ones that don't say 4.24.651.1)
(The undo will restore your framework-res.apk to stock condition)

Can you make these on Synergy Rom?
Is the undo zip reapplying the stock setup, or is there really some kind of undo. Reason I ask is that I see some other mods that don't give an undo and I am wondering if I apply one of them for the battery icon, if I can then apply your undo script to get back to stock.

It only restores the unmodified file, but is not for every rom - only the "stock" roms. You should always do a full backup before you apply any update, just in case it doesn't work...

I have had these since the day after they were posted on here and can't stand my phone without it. Can someone make this happen for the newest OTA?
