I have it too (as do thousands of people thanks to bittorrent). I admit to having it, trying it, disliking it, and making an alternative purchase based on what I tried first.
To answer your questions, I suspect it would not go down too well here (but I'm not a mod here, so I could be wrong I suppose). I dunno for sure but I think this site isn't about warez, it's about developers who actually are posting their own original apps here.
is this just the free demo that is on the market?
The one on the market... I purchased it not knowing that my hero auto downloaded asphalt3.. so I *****ed to gameloft and they emailed me the asphalt5 apk

As a rule of thumb, if it is paid and you are giving it away for free (without being the developer) = warez = ban...

Some of work a living...I don't always have time at work to do the search that the OP should have done. I gave valid advice. Its not like there aren't 5-6 swype threads currently running.......2 minute search would have solved the issue.....
Or if you aren't going to be helpful then do not reply. This discourages newer members from wanting to post and be a part of the community. Just my two cents......

Not to mention, the popular swype version that was circulating 1.16(?) expired recently, so most of those threads are useless now.
Also this was discussed in the Town Hall Meeting thread recently. Just answer the questions or not at all.

What do you want your app to do? Hyperlink your users to a forum on the web or have an integrated forum as part of your app?
Check out the "Droid Forums" app on the Android Market...great example of a forum app. See if that's what you want to do and copy it!

While tapatalk does cost $999 for a custom app, your forum users could just use the generic tapatalk app if you have the free tapatalk files installed on your sever.

Well, for what o know, you can buy a a very expensive tapatalk licence that let's you have a striped down version of the forum on tapatalk

That's why I said "not so expensive way"...
I found perfect site for creating apps...Yesterday I ended up on some site called apps-machine.com . I have to share it with you guys. I started creating my own app and after 15 minutes clicking on their control panel(no programming,just clicks) I made app in what user could make effects on their photos,paint photos,play music,play videos,have notepad,chat and stream music. They got literally 1000's of features on their control panel I think this could be a gold mine And I read something that they have free app development and so on. Aaand you can change everything all the backgrounds,colors,tabs...and you instantly see it on that same page through their simulator..don't know how they managed to do that but it is super handy...I am super excited at the moment..time to get some apps on apple and play store

my wife found the Devil May Cry 4 apk on her chinese market. She said it was not listed a charged item but a free app. I do have the apk but I want to make sure it isnt a paid app, I got an infraction for posting the thread with the Resident Evil 4 mobile apk... so hence my hesitancy in posting the apk for this game....

There a ton of alternate android Chinese markets because the Google Android Market is blocked in China. So the chinese have made about 15+ of their own markets. Like:

There are more, problem she doesnt remember which market she found it on. I do have the apk but again I just dont know if its a free or paid app. I dont want to post it and get banned from XDA, that would suck. Also I have not been able to get into the game, it lists a 7 page thing you have to read but then thats it, nothing else. I will have my wife explain it to me as my reading of Chinese is not the best.

BTW if that is the correct version its a gold dust apk. We are not even sure its been released in japan where its due to be launched. Are team have never come across it.
