@arich2day: i don't think it really matters who posts after the initial thread creation, because if it's not supposed to be here, the whole thread will just be deleted/locked, which is why so many people spam these threads in the wrong places

Why cant you just help? a lot of new posts you are the second poster with a smart ass remark. If your not the second poster by chance, you reply the same useless garbage that the 5 previous mod wannabess just posted. every single mis posted thread, every freakin one of them. this is hilarious.. Every thread i read that is questionable about location, you have to chime in and tell it. Do you think the mods need or even want your help? Do you not think they got the message already? Did the mods ask you to troll the forums and tell people to use the search button? That clogs the forums up more than the actual post you are complaining about. i am modifying PRLs for my area since my SID isnt on the tables...just please someone post it... its been over 30 excruciating minutes of google/ppcgeeks/xda...\

update....::::: a bit swamped all of a sudden but i did tweak out a few lines for SID 4151 (miami)... i havent tested it yet but if anyone wants it here it is... i did mod a few other SIDs (to a negative effect) so i wouldnt recommend this for anyone not in Miami nor anyone without SID 4151... be aware that changing your SID to a wrong place can be detrimental to your speeds... it can be changed in #data... and yes this thread is now abandoned..
of course, if this prl does nothing or does bad all you have to do is flash an unmodded prl and good to go././
