Scrollbar missing Arrows

In WM6.5 Scrollbar misses arrows but I need arrows in some old application.
How can I fix this problem?

I would also like to know this. Dutty used to have scrollbars with arrows on his wm6.5 roms for the Touch HD.

HTC Have removed them! It is because of their implementation of the scroll bars! This is not a bug, it's a feature

I know that it is not a bug but I want arrows in scrollbar because in some applications it is easier to use arrows

If you press and hold on the new scroll bars, a large tab will appear, which you can drag with your finger.
Works a treat, and better than any arrows I think.

Yes, in common new scroll is better but in some old applications using arrows is better.

Adroid like UI that shows both top and bottom bars in WM 6.5.3 (or how to modify MS)?

I need specific UI with slide screens (android and spb ms like), clock, upcoming appointments and icon shortcuts, as simple and light as possible. MS is ok, but I don't need all its functions (and memory usage). Most important is how to make it show both top and bottom bars in WM 6.5.3
I'd also like to know how to modify MS so it can display top and bottom bar in WM 6.5.3 od my Diamond (640x480)?

[REQ] Text only buttons in WM 6.5.5

Hi all,
I searched over the foums but could not find an answer. Is there any cab that change the rounded buttons in WM 6.5.5 into Text only buttons? There are some themes that do that but I dont want any other fancy extras (i.e. change icons, task bar, etc.), I just want these buttons to go away so that my wallpaper will look nicer. I got the whole home page transparent now except for these buttons.

delete the relevant section of registry is one way to do it
Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\SoftKeyBar
if you look you can clearly see the name of the images that are used.
if you delete the values then the buttons disappear as well..

Many thanks, I deleted the keys in Toolbat instead of SoftKeyBar and they are now gone

Transparent top and bottom taskbars

Hello,
I'm trying to get my top and bottom taskbars transparent. But I have no success.
I tried the cab from smaberg, changed the manila files in windows folder and also removed the taskbar.png with transparent ones.
All this doesn't work for me.
Who has a solution for Manila 2.5.19211619.0.

For transparent taskbars you have to use "HDWall" - search for it
smabergs cab is only for the cutains behind the operator logo and the bottom slider

But tbh, this is not a solution for transparency... It just replaces the black backgrounds in the top and bottom with slices of the selected wallpaper, meaning that as long as you can see the top bar, even if in a program, it will have the same slice of the wallpaper.
Real transparency comes for example when you press the windows hard button and get to that menu, that's a real transparent bar at the top... Although it might work in the same way, what do I know. I just find it too ugly that when you're in another program the top bar still has the slice of the wallpaper..

I tried HDWall. But the result is not satisfying. The bottom taskbar is now like the wallpaper. But the top is black. If I go to start menu the background is from the theme only the bottom taskbar is from the wall paper.
If I slide the menu I can't see the background. All is black except the bottom taskbar.
At the end this is ugly.

I played a bit around and deactivated Sense. So there´s the standard WM 6.5.5 homescreen - with transparent taskbar & softbar. Why isn´t this possible with Manila?

[Q] WM6.5 how to shrink buttons on the bottom of StartMenu bar?

Is it possible?
Namely, because of their height I can't see some details shown on the bottom of same programs.
I'd like to make Start Menu bar smaller.
