My city/country is not available in the sliding panel theme. The Titanium Weather has it but the Sliding Panel doesn't. Anyone one know how to fix this?
As far as I know, there isn't a fix. I'm not familiar with the Ozone, but HTC's weather program has very limited city/area choice. On my diamond running 6.5 I used the GPS weather function.

I want to be able to access my own city in the weather xml that comes with the touch diamond. There are not any cities close enough to mine that have similar weather. Is it possible to modify or upgrade the HTC weather program to have custom cities?
I downloaded SPB weather plug in but it does not open the program without downloading the spb shell. Is there a workaround for that issue?

wa is a good acurate weather app for mobile pc?
I have been wondering the same thing. I would love to have a more powerful weather app that would replace the HTC Touch Flow weather app that comes with many Windows Mobile 6.1 phones.

can somebody post a cab for the htc weather application for sliding panels homescreen that could be installed on other (non htc) smartphones.
I tried feather weather and miniweather, but they are not working properly.
I have my HD2 for a couple of days now.
I've installed tools like BSB tweaks, S2U2, CSMI, jamsoft BG4ALL.
Now in my appointment screen (appt. for a day) I don't see the appointmens because the weatherforecast is ontop of them. If I scoll to another day, I see teh appointments, but the weatherforecast slides over them.
Is there a way to remove the weather forecast from the Apointments?
I've search everywhere but can't find a setting...

Hello All,
I wanted to ask about weather widget. I recently upgraded to CM7 now I dont have HTC weather widget on my desktop to the left of the main screen. Is there a way to put this widget in. I tried using add from menu and add weather but it does not look the same. Its smaller in size and not full screen like the stock used to be. I have HTC inspire.
Please help me if you know the solution to this.
Thank you
As far as I know, once you flashed CM7 you overridden the stock HTC Launcher so HTC widgets won't be available anymore. You'll need to search for a replacement on the maket.
Fancy widget is a good replacement. You can also purchase fancy widget pro if you want the animations
You should search for fancy widgets to get the latest version. it's indeed a good replacement for both HTC weather and HTC clock widgets.
As a side note, if you're missing some of the other widgets like contacts, calendar, facebook and others, you can try my new application Android Pro Widgets (search androidprowidgets on the market if you want to, but it is a paid app).
Edit: if this is against the rules please remove it, advertising was not my intention but I now realize it might be interpreted otherwise.
The weather widget (and just about anything that relies on Sense frameworks) are gone in CM7. There are however alternatives/ clones available in the Android Market like and Animating Flip Clock Widget (not perfect but pretty nice).
