I need to unlock my phone, therefore I need the original ROM, but I can't find it on HTC's website.
Does anyone know where I can find it? :-(
If possible the one from Claro.
I really hope someone can help me!

If your Vox isn't CID unlock, You have to use SSPL (SoftSPL) to upgrade ROM to another language or cooked ROM. Original HTC Vox rom you can find here:

thats unfortunatly what I need, Im in need of kaiser sys folder, norwegian. To port for Herald

If you think you can do it, follow instructions here:

and dump the rom from your device.
And upload to rapidshare (www.rapidshare.com)
If you could do this, I would be a happy man
And even better, If you have access to a norwegian RUU (rom upgrade utility) for your kaiser (Im not sure, but maybe you can get it from htc e-club. http://member.htc.com/member/login.aspx?fm=eu&ln=en
register if you havnt allready, and see if there is a download
other option is contact support via email and ask for a ruu, cause your device has locked, and you need to flash it back
any of theese would be greatly appreciated
If you look in the windows folder of all Tytn II rom there are some cabs that are installed on a hardreset. One is named configure_key.cab
Could that cab install the country specific keymappings?

There isn't RUU for new devices on htc club. Only for upgrade when htc deploy new functionality on the same version of windows mobile (as gps update for P3600 Trinity) or new version of windows mobile.

I've read in some others threads that's impossibile to reconstruct the rom as it comes when u buy. Something miss as office or connection wizard.
Is it the truth?

Dude, come on, try searching!! Official Vox ROM. Bunch of results, first one is what you're looking for. Else you can get it at the official HTC site.

i plan to sell my German Herald on ebay and i´m not sure if i am allowed to do so because it is unlocked via HardSPL. I Want to sell it with HTC´s warranty if possible...
Is there a way to get this undone ?

I´ve found something for Kaiser and Wizard - But no original SPL for my Herald....
Did anybody even try to revert the Herald ?
from what i understand to undo hard spl you must uspl the original ruu...(nbh) with the original spl on it.
So i just need to flash the HTC Rom and thats it ?
I didn´t understand that in the Tutorial - Maybe i should just try that !

yes. use USPl- with official ruu_signed.nbh AND spl.nbh

I saw a thread on this a while back but couldnt find it again. I know its possible though.

This works for the Wing. I assume if you get the Herald ROM it should work as well.

As far as I know, you can extract it and then cook the ROM with the kitchen, but I have never done it. Look in the Wiki for information on extracting and cooking.

Is it safe to flash this ROM onto a HTC Branded Vox or will it just Brick the Vox?

i have one doubt for language changing that model htc vox0101. customer gave to me unlock pupose but i did unlock successfully but english language not appear in that mobile so kindly help for language changing
hi. i think you can solve that by upgrading rom with official rom from htc site, or a custom rom from here(u have to do uspl first).
