Disable Notifications on taskbar tap? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Themes and Apps

Is there a way I can keep the notifications screen from appearing when I tap the taskbar, and ALSO is there a way to make a shortcut to the notification screen? I'm sure it's part of manila, so it would be something like "\Windows\manila.exe" --switchtopage Manila://notifications, right?

Touch Tools can disable the notication screen.

Cool, thanks! Is there a way to create a shortcut to the notification screen in the Start menu?

Ability to display popup toast by a keypress?

Hi there,
Is there an application that re-displays popup toasts I've received? I mean, when I receive a message and/or have a scheduler alarm, etc... I have to manually tap the tiny notification icon right there at the top of screen... actually it's not a big deal, but it's still annoying. One example, when I receive a text message, I'd like to press something like... a camera button instead of putting my effort to tap a that tiny message icon on the taskbar(is this a taskbar, or a notification area? Whatever...) and just press left softkey to reply. Isn't this beautiful?
So is it possible to... 'simulate' the tap by a keypress? I've googled for this and no luck so far.
I have WM6.1.
Thanks in advance.

WM6.5 Lock Screen Slider

Hallo Developers
I have a question about the lock-screen of WM6.5:
I've seen, that there are different sliders on the lock-screen if I have a new message or mail to access the message directly on unlocking. I already had this sliders, but now I don't get them anymore. Do you have an idea about the reason or how to fix that?
Thank you all for your help.
When you have text messages or voice mail, you just have to press the main button, then the secondary button will appear below.
Yea they only appear if you have new messages or missed calls. These extra sliders allow for a quick and easy method of going directly to that app.
They don't appear any other time (no notifications).
To get the extra sliders to drop down, just click on the main slider. Tapping on the main slider will show/hide the extra sliders.
thanks for the hint, it works

The only lockscreen I know of (have tried them all, trust me) wich is capable of showing appointments on lockscreen is the MetroLock: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=656744

you can reposition the lock-unlock slider at the bottom with this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=5851896#post5851896 or this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=656441
see my lock screen with the slider in the middle (my choice) and an appointment
Thanks for the replys, I'll try to move the slider down but first I need to restore the slider. I installed and removed the slider in here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=5708908&postcount=2
Does anyone has an idea how I could restore the default slider?
I installed the bottom slider that I found here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=5708908&postcount=2) and when I noticed that there where no appointments on the lockscreen so I removed the cab.
Now when I turn my screen on I have to unlock my phone with the left soft key, the lock screen is completely gone!
please let me know!
Fix is in this post:

[Q] Is there a way to get some kind of power toggles as a overlay window?

Hi guys.
I'd like to use my tablet without the taskbar using GMD Gesture Control.
But I also like to have some kind of Power Toggles, they are now in the notifications.
When the taskbar is deactivated and notifications are opened via Gesture Control, the taskbar pops up again.
Is there a way to get some kind of power toggles as a overlay window?

Question Stop notification page

How do you stop the notification page from coming up when you touch the power button?

You mean the lock screen? You can disable that in Settings. It's under, as you might expect, Lock screen.
I don't think it is the lock screen. It has a bunch of icons across the top and a brightness slider

That status bar? Slide it back up.
Settings -> Advanced settings -> Side key
I don't see anything in side key settings to affect that.
Motions and gestures > Finger sensor gestures?
Looks like that did it. Thanks!
What a strange, useless feature...
