Secure folder...?

Firstly, I have used the search and gone through the various threads that results in but still haven't found what I'm looking for...
Is there any software out there, free preferably, that can password protect a folder so that the contents are hidden and inaccessible unless the folder is unlocked?
I know I can encrypt etc. but I really just want to select a folder and be able to lock it to all access until it is unlocked by a password.
Got a requirement to store various documents, password and setting details, name sensitive data etc. without the hassle of protecting and unprotecting each one by one at a time.
My ideal would be an application with a main screen that is simply a lock and unlock icon to do the business on any selected folders that have been setup via an options menu etc.
Thanks...
Use Resco explorer, you can encrypt individual files / folders, with a password...
Thanks for that

Where would I find an old PDF i viewed on my WP7.. temp folder

I have my phone unlocked and I have the touchexplorer installed. I viewed a PDF about 2 months ago and I want to look at it again. Is there a temp folder that holds these documents and where is it?
normally u would find all your pdfs in Adobe reader unless you deleted them, now if u did I am not sure but I do not think it would show up in temp or anything coz that would just waste precious memory.
Pdf Reader sometimes doesn't store files when you receive few different files with the same name. Like I receive my carrier bill having the same name every month. Because you can't rename files hence the conflict appears. Another great "advantage" of lack of file explorer.
And if in this case you deleted the email containing this file than Pdf is gone.
I was able to find the PDF by going opening the Adobe App (simple right..) now I would like to get it to my computer. I have it set so windows explore on my computer can access the files on my phone but where would that specific file be stored?

password protectors or an encrypted excel file

hey there,
i was searching for a program as a password protector and i found different programs, but suddenly! it came to my mind that why not just make an encrypted, password protected excel file and use it instead with office programs which can open and edit encrypted office files such as documents to go,
I would like to know if the latter method is safe or you recommend one of the programs especially designed as password keeper

password manager for apps?

Hi,
I have some apps that I have forgot the password to.
The apps still works but if I want to access the content using my PC I can not since I forgot the password.
Is there a way to extract existing passwords.
To stop this from happening in the future is there an password manager that automatically saves the passwords that I create for the different apps.
Or if there are no manager that does this automatically one with as little effort as possible would be good.
Also it would be nice If this manager auto-fills the username and password because I have some apps that automatically logouts.
Is there a manager that is freeware?
I do not know of a way to extract a password from an app that is logged in, that is mostly because the app does not store your password, but a special has that has your login information session.
However, going forward you can use something like LastPass to store your app passwords, it will prompt you to save them when entering, and you can use it on your desktop as well.
