(REQ) an upadate.zip of froyo Radio! - Nexus One Themes and Apps

and as always thanks Sorry just realized this is in the wrong section I have multiple forums open. Please move if needed

the radio is included is froyo's update.zip
search the forum

you could dl Modoco's foyo rom and just pull the radio.img file from the zip and use fastboot to flash it.
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio.img
is is assuming the radio.img is in the same directory as fastboot.

If you use the Froyo Radio on an Eclair build you get KERNEL PANIC!!!!
Any way, it breaks stuff on non Froyo build!

Install Themes, JF1.31 RC30, JF 1.31 ADP1 with 1 click

Hi guys
I just found a way to install all the stuff like themes RC updates adp1 etc which is noob friendly Using windows.
I first installed rc29 then rooted n installed JF 1.31 rc30 then used n android to backup it then created a directory put system.img boot.img splash1.img splash2.img in it then abd.exe windows driver and fastboot.exe in it.
Now i created an .bat file n included the commands to flash these images.
so when u boot into fastboot u just have to open the .bat file and everything is done... wipe all the data using recovery mode alt+w command then restart u r done u got the needed theme/update/ with root.
so these are the .zip files chose which 1 u want make sure u have engineering bootloader or dev bootloader.
1. extract this zip in a folder on ur pc
2. boot ur phone in bootloader mode (Camera+Power btn)
3. then connect ur phone to pc via usb cable(make sure driver is installed)
4. Go into fastboot mode (press back when u see serial0 in the centre)
5. run the .bat file in the extracted folder from ur windows pc
6. The phone will restart then wipe all the data using recovery mode alt+w.
It will be possible to revert back to JF 1.31 RC30 from any unstable update like if u wish to revert back to JF RC30 from cupcake, with this process u don't have to first flash RC29 then root instead only flash these img files then ur back with root access.
Currently i have uploaded JF 1.31 RC30
so here is the link to it :
http://rapidshare.com/files/186380496/JF_1.31_RC30.zip
i ll be uploading rest so keep an eye on this post.
I don't see anything but img files. And why wouldn't you just use ./fastboot flashall
U can change it as u want u just have to run the bat file by going into fastboot
there is no bat file
and why would we need one if we can already run ./fastboot flashall and it works fine?
On the topics below I found some users who were unable to apply themes like the windows 7 theme so if they use this images instead of that update process they would get those themes installed easily so I am trying to post theme imgs instead of update zips.
Also if someone installs a theme using update zip & was un-successful he has to again start from RC29 -> rooting -> JF 1.31 -> theme so instead of all these things if he flashes these images after un-successfull install he can get back directly where he was before installing the theme.
And the fastboot thing u can use whatever commands u want I just wantes to say the reverting thing...
So there is no point in this thread.
Closed.

Help with rooting my Nexus One please

Update using official patch file
You must be runnning the stock FRF85B release with stock recovery. Copy that file to the root of your sdcard, rename to update.zip, launch recovery (power on with volume down held), press power and volume up when the warning triangle icon appears then select 'apply update.zip'.
Download: Google
Update.zip to flash with custom recovery
This is the totally stock FRF91 repacked as update.zip. The radio hasn't changed since FRF50, so if you are using it, you can keep it and install the noradio version.
Download:
- without radio image: multiupload (md5sum: 041b1e21433e636340ca6b56f141a315)
Root
To root FRF91, just flash this update.zip (contains busybox, superuser.apk, su, unsecured boot.img) (md5sum: c6c27598c210576792d6d56738a2edde)
Addons pack
Just flash this update.zip (md5sum: 7cf8074d3685681728043f367e6b35fd) contains :
- cyanogenmod 6.0 kernel (2.6.34 overclockable to 1113mhz using setcpu)
- dev tools in xbin
- hudge apn list
The three updates can be flashed at the same time (I mean without rebooting between the flashes), just flash it in this order: base system, root then addons and reboot

Clean Cricket Htc One SV Nandroid (2.04.1050.3)

idk if anyone would want this but here is a clean jellybean nandroid backup of a cricket wireless Htc One SV with newest update already applied. http://www.filefactory.com/file/5u395y1qavzr/Clean_JB_Crkt_2.04.1050.3.rar
Ok, i've downloaded this backup and made a zip file for flashing in recovery from it.
Credits:
- ironhide602 for the backup
- dsixda for his kitchen
Download:
JB_Crkt 2.04.1050.3_stock_odexed.zip
Notice:
As i don't have a cricket phone i could not test but one tester reported it's working.
Anyway, flash this on your own risk. Don't do this, if you are not experienced enough!
This files are for flashing in recovery.
I will not work on bugs, if you find some (as i could not test myself)!
Kernel source code can be found at htcdev.com.
How to install:
First of all: make a nand backup in recovery, so you can easily go back if you don't like it!!!
Download the zip file that match to your device and copy to sd card.
Wipe/format data/system/cache/dalvik cache, factory reset.
Flash the zip through recovery.
Htcdev.com unlocked users who are not S-Off have to extract boot.img from the zip file and flash it afterwards over fastboot with the command:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Then reboot.
- There is no superuser/su inside, if you wanna root, flash superuser from here.

[Dec,31,2013] [S-OFF Needed] [unruu/ruuveal] [rom.zip]

This is my first post, Mods please move this to Android Development. I will continue to add new features inside the RUU rom.zip(s) as i have time.
I have taken the time to use @kmdm 's unruu and ruuveal binaries to extract and decrypt the Official RUU's posted in @old.splatterhand 's INDEX THREAD.
Not only have i decrypted the rom.zip(s), but i have also modified the android-info.txt inside them, so that as long as you are running Official firmware, you will be able to flash without having to edit the android-info.txt yourselves.
Disclaimer!

First here is K2_U Variant. There are 2 Versions. One is the Europe and the other is Asia. I've edited the android-info.txt inside both versions' rom.zip. Meaning that European may flash Asian & Asian may flash European. Of course European can flash Europe Firmware, and Asian can flash Asia Firmware.
But, just because you can, does not mean you should!
Download the rom.zip and place it in your fastboot directory.
Code:
fastboot erase cache
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
For Europe Firmware
Code:
fastboot flash zip K2_U_Europe_rom.zip
For Asia Firmware
Code:
fastboot flash zip K2_U_Asia_rom.zip

Watch your device's screen and your Computer's screen for any errors. If any of the firmware files fail, Do Not Reboot! Simply run the command again.
For Europe Firmware
Code:
fastboot flash zip K2_U_Europe_rom.zip
For Asia Firmware
Code:
fastboot flash zip K2_U_Asia_rom.zip
Code:
fastboot reboot
Now your device will boot into OEM 4.0.4 Firmware, and you may update to 4.2.2 with out issues.

I have added K2_UL_Europe & K2_CL_America to the Downloads list.
K2_UL_Europe is Official rom.zip only with edited android-info.txt.
K2_CL_America is Unofficial rom.zip containing Unmodified system.img, boot.img, recovery.img, and edited android-info.txt.
