addded some more. It seems that if the picture has higher DPI, it looks high quality without the tweaks (hdwall etc). Anybody can check please? I know santod has a very nice collection, but many of his pictures are very brught and cannot be used with bg4all. Here I would like to pick wallpapers suitable for bg4all only.

I'm not familiar with how to resize images. I have tried many online websites to change the size of a particular image to fit perfectly on the nexus one as a wallpaper. As you'll see in the picture I would like to keep the entire "TRIGUN" word without it being cutoff when I'm forced to crop for it to be a wallpaper.
Can anyone help me out and resize the image to fit perfectly as a wallpaper. I would be so grateful and so would other Trigun fans.
I am trying to keep the picture as a whole if that is possible
960x800 is the sizing of the wallpapers in Launcer2.apk, so that is what I re-sized this to.

I'm sure many of you know of the superb wallpaper website interfacelift, it is constantly updated with great photo wallpapers.
Anyway, I recently discovered that you can now download the wallpapers in android resolutions one of them being 960x800 - the same res as the 'wide' wallpaper in CHT. Happy days!
Just go to interfacelift.com then find your wallpaper, use the drop down box to find 960x800 and hit download! Can even do it on the fly on your HD2.

ive seen people change the floating circles to different things in the animated wallpapers but id like to be able to create completely new one like those used as live wallpapers in android. If they were able to put the measly 3 animated ones on the phone theres gotta be a way to make them. Anyone have any ideas on how? i know animated gifs wont work

That's just a layer on top of a wallpaper, not an animated wallpaper.

Actually these are what HTC calls "animated" (or moving) wallpapers.
Yes they are simple and not as coooool as Android Live Wallpapers,
but these are the type that's available for our HTC Sense, as far as animated wallpaper goes.
dam that realy blows theres only so much you can do with those. Ive only mainly seen the falling circles wallpaper animated and im not too keen on that one. Theres gotta be a way to get this dam thing to show gifs or swfs or something as animated wallpapers.
