[ICONS] Whats Black and White and Red all over? (Android 7 Icons)

For those who are going with that "Android Phone 7" look, originaly found here for the hero, here is a icon pack I put together.

When applying these, i recommend going with Desktop Visualizer(4x1) for the horizontal icons and Desktop Visualizer(Large) for the vertical ones. For some reason, when using the Desktop Visualizer(Large) for the horizontals, it would cause my phone to random boot.

thanx.. im in process of new icons to match your andro green theme.. i really like it but haven't tried it out yet because of the red i had going on.. but thats about to all change..

So I downloaded the zip file but where do I extract it. Desktop visualizer can't find the icons.

if you downloaded them to a computer just extract and copy folder to ur sd card... if u downloaded straight to ur phone extract using a file explorer like Linda file manager or astro

I downloaded straight to phone and used astro to extract right into my download file and desktop visualizer can't find the icons. Do I need to extract to a specific place?

if your using CM6 then you probably need to either open astro and verify that the folder labeled "ICON" is in your downloads folder, or click on Gallery and let everything load... u might even need to reboot your phone... i noticed sometimes when u download an image and use desktop visualizer right after, it doesn't show all the time...

Gmail freeze when swiping to switch mails !

Hi,
When I swipe to the left or right to switch mail in Gmail, it freeze like that: http://youtu.be/rIpPCpZcf64
When I lift my finger, the mail goes into position very, instead of finishing the shift normally, such as the app drawer for example.
There is the same problem with Google Image, but worse !
Can someone say me if it's normal or how to fix this ?

My Gmail works perfectly u ONLY HAVE TWO options reinstall it and see if it helps or re flash Gapps...

Maybe if you explained your problem clearer we would be able to help you more.... Please explain it clearer. The video doesn't show nothing out of the ordinary.

[Q] Looking for an app "screendimmer"

Hi, Im using Android (Note 2) and looking for an app called Screendimmer from IOS. Here is the youtube about how it works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jB4VWhZtU5c
I use this for whatsapp. While Im chatting and waiting for a reply, the phone usually turn off and I have to press the power button to wake it up. My friend who is using Iphone showed me that he installed Screendimmer on Cydia and solved all the problems above.
I tried to use "tasker" together with "screen filter" but I failed to do that. So is there any app in Android that has the same function like ScreenDimmer?

Thanks. However, both apps do not meet my needs. They just provide the ability to adjust the screen brightness.

If ur rooted then install chainsfire 3d, in which u can coose night mode, also u can customize the color to become dim.

Firstly, Im using note2 with android 4.1.2 so chainsfire does not support.

Yes I also tried that app but it is not what I need. The main reason that I am finding this app is that I dont need to press the power button everytimes I am waiting an message/whatsapp/viber/facebook. The screen will automatically dim (it does not like the screen time out that auto lock the screen after x seconds) and it will come light when I touch the screen. It can save battery (by dimming the screen at the lowest brightness...nearly black) and the power button also.
waiting for some developers who can build an app like this :victory:
P/S: I have an idea that we can use Tasker and Screen Filter, and set a loop with a condition that when a specific app is open (whatsapp for example), if in 10 seconds, there is no touch on screen (I left the phone there for 10seconds) it will activate Screen Filter (that set at the lowest brightness) to dim the screen (not lock it); then when the phone receives touch, Screen Filter will be disable. In that 10seconds, if there is touch occured, it will recount another 10seconds again. I am not a IT guy so I can not do it myself. Can anyone try this?

Gravitybox can change so many things it can do wonders but can also be a pain.

if you have twitter you will know the pain evry time you watch video and then rotate screen and then rotate screen off and thene rotate screen on WE HAVE NEW VIDEO :laugh:

No root is needed but will show original AOD screen for a second before switching to the new AOD
If rooted backup /system/priv-app/AODService/AODService.apk and replace with downloaded version and set permissions
Reboot
And set permissions in AOD for calls/sms in settings/applications
Open icon and setting accessibility settings
Loads of settings to customize.
Sizes of clocks/notifiacation area etc
Colours of text etc

Yes like in OP it will show original AOD for a split second then go to new AOD. Yes in the app itself theres settings for static or randomly move around

Edit: nice aod but... WhatsApp notifications doesnt work for muted notifications... still a good alternative incl all the options etc

useless app drains battery for me. also its not from LG G5 . its an app available on playstore with very negative ratings.
