Which three? and barcoo is best from what you've tried?
For me the best one is : Quickmark
There is a free version, where you can't read all 1D code, and a registered (10$ from memory) if you need the 1D
I use it every day, since 2 years (previous on Kaiser) it work very fine, and could read even a non sharp barcode (2D ans 1D also, I bought the licence to have all the 1D decoding).
Second choice is Mobiletag, funny with the "comparating price" fonction, quite accurate on every barcode I use, but not as Quickmark.
Enigma do the joob too, as good as do Mobiltag, but I don't now if it do 1D barecode it's a long time I've used it.
Hope it could help you.
Hi
I started Mobiletag, runs without error, starts the camera, but does nothing after shooting. Has anyone got a clue?
... found it myself: don't fill the screen with the QT image: 20% is perfectly enough.
QT reader that works offline

Looking for a sound decibel meter for PPC
thanks!
Is that even possible?
I doubt it, how would it be callibrated?
I just need something that tells me what the decibel is?
can't we do that via the mic?
im using it for a project and def don't want to buy a machine that does it.
I don't need very accurate results.
thanks!
deciBel metering
Maybe something like this ?
http://www.clickapps.com/download.htm?pvid=1054&PHPSESSID=32c565e519d59623ed3e8e79647dd6fc
Try this, but as mikechannon states accuracy could be a bit out due to varying device microphone hardware.
Worked for me OK, I was using it to measure exhaust noise on rally & track cars & was within 5 to 9 decibels accuracy with other meters.
Can run on WM2003SE/WM5 & WM6
Let me now if it works for you.
PS, read the notes file, the password for the Soundmeter.rar is; magic
I zipped the rar for upload compatibility
sound meter looks nice, but doesn't seem to work for my 8125
the dbs keeps staying at 0 and only moves when i press buttons, when on silent.
thanks
cheap DB meters are cheap(not to mention not very accurate)... im not sure where you are located but i believe scocshe (or something like that) makes one and it sells real cheap... like around $20 USD... but you cant have my audiocontrol
Sound level meter for WM 6.1 (HTC touch HD)?

PocketRTA (commercial) might work on HD, didn't try it myself, but I used a demo on other HTC devices in the past.

Hi,
nice Tool, but iPhone/iPod only.
with friendly greet
starbase64
There was an okay tool over at PPCGeeks in their 6.1 kitchens.. I can't remember the name. I can't vouch for it's accuracy either but it did what I needed it for (told me if my music was aprox. too loud.) It was 80% translated from what I guess to be Farsi (all english save some of its popups.) Worked fine on WiMo 6.1 standard and pro.
Any new development for this?
Hi sounds like a fun idea, but why would anyone actually want one?
Especially why would anyone consider paying money for it?
You can only use it for a gimick and if it's giving accuracy to within 5-9dB as reported in the earlier posts that awful!
If you don't already know: 3dB is a doubling in sound pressure level!!! 9dB is the difference between one speaker and 3!
Looks fun though.

It's right in the quote you made. If you're still confused, it's "magic" (without the quotation marks).
Hi,
I owned a Diamond and used the NueDynamicClock (http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/nueDynamicClock.aspx), i think this is one of the best tools mostly to extend battery's life.
Has anyone tried it on Leo?Will it work on the SnapDragon?
So, is it working properly on Leo?
Hi Linuxmaniac,
I tried it once in my Leo a time ago but it didn't work properly, now I'm using this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=682663

Hi Guys,
Just upgraded my Vox to a WM6.5 and it's a complete new enjoyable phone, so thanks for your work & help.
However I am looking to install Skype, would you know if it work, and where to get it from, as I visited skype.com/m with my vox and the website informed me that Vox isn't supported.
http://www.skype.com/intl/en/download/skype/windowsmobile/
Older version of skye
Hi,
in my opinion Vox is a little bit slow for skype. Quality is bad, sometimes words are only half transmitted or there are interuptions.
I use skype with tornadopowercontrol (228MHz) and even than it is not so good.
And on my Vox an older Skypeversion (I think 2.2) runs better and faster. I uploaded the install-cab to mediafire.

Regards Odiad
Well yeah, I actually tried it yesterday night and the quality is crap!!!
Will give it a go.
Cheers buddy
Try Fring instead!
Fring? oO
What's that?

Cheers for the quick reply, downloading and installing now.
Will keep you update,

Hey guys, I've used the search feature, gone through several threads, and the programs that have been suggested have one of these problems.
Audio isn't in sync with video.
Way too many options to use use the application.
All I want is to be able to take some DVDs and a few videos on my computer to put them on my phone in good quality. I've spent hours searching now and haven't come up with anything that works well. I don't care if it takes a while to convert, all I want is for it to work.
Thanks,
-Beaver_2
Try "SUPER", don't know about DVD's, but it's quite good for videos.
http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
DVDFab works great for DVD-moblie and file-mobile its very simple to use and pretty fast. I wish i could find a way to remove DRM protection from itunes purchased movies though. ive been searching for some sort of way to do that but havnt found anything yet. try DVDFab and good luck!

I've used mp4forHD with good success.
For Mac, use Visualhub, for PC use xvid4psp
http://any-video-converter.com/
Scroll to the bottom of the page and grab the free version.
Piece of cake to use and solid as a rock.
Can also use, funny enough, windows media encoder.
Pretty dummy-proof as well.

Hello,
I' d like to know if meteor, audiobox from 4pocketpc works well on the HTC HD2.
www(dot)4pockets.com/product_info(dot)php?p=82
If anyone can try the demo version as I don't have the device yet.
Thank you in advance.
please guys ...I 'm just asking if anyone could try this app for me
I didn't buy the device yet....
audio box works but as the device is wvga and the app is vga it doesnt fill up the screen. You also have an issue exiting the program... ie/ i cant figure out how to do it other then pressing hardware home key to get back to home screen and then using task manager to end the process. Even that is dodgy as Audiobox insists on sitting on top of everything else.
Not 100% sure about Meteor but i dont think it works as if it did it would still be on my sd card... (looks like i deleted it)

Thank you very much guys, I really appreciate this.
So that should be fine to use it if I understand well.
download the actual version - it can WVGA

I installed the Audiobox Demo on my HD2 (TMOUSA version, latest stock ROM).
The app installed fine.
But it doesn't run. I click on the app's icon, and nothing happens, it does not start.
Same thing happened when I tried it on an earlier WinMo device I had.
I think the demo is very buggy.
I don't see how the developers could expect people to buy this app (more expensive than most mobile apps), without even providing a demo that works!
Any hints to get the demo working?

Are you saying that there are WVGA versions of Audiobox and Meteor?
If so, where did you get them?
