Actually i have nothing to complain after flashed new rom on my HD2 (thx for sternas,ur Artemis ser. is the best!!! )
kinda lost some felling about lockscreen, i'm looking for a HD mini style lockscreen but not same, cos' HD mini lockscreen slide's too short and down, i'd like to use some kinda lockscreen seems pretty like "PocketShield", i can slide the bar from top to down and better can make my screen disappear when i'm sliding.
Is there any lockscreen like my discription?

Is there any way to remove that big clock from HTC Home.

I guess you can just remove n°1 in the registry there:
HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCHome\Tabsetting". Default is "1,2,3,4,5,6"
it is kinda big... I like having the time there because I use wisbar advance and the time isnt displayed anywhere else but it could use a face life... maybe a smaller font and centered instead of large font and off to the right.
That would leave room for more plugins on the today screen which comes in very handy in my opinion.

Or, in other words, exactly the Mini lockscreen but with a side-to-side-slider.
I dont want any other features. No clock, no appointments, nothing else.

Reason for this is that when I use the original leather pouch, I have noticed that ever since I installed the Mini lockscreen, I often accidentally unlock the device when I put the phone in the pouch. Not good.

Yes I have, but it is far to many features for me. If I could only have the slider, without scrolling text, without all the incoming call features, without having to manually delete/make images transparent to get rid of them - then it would be close to perfect. But for now it is to hard to make it clean.
I ended up tweaking my own.
Standard Lockscreen, slider in the middle (portrait) and in original position (landscape). No appointments, no clock.
In the attached .cab for anyone's use
if you make one with clock for me it'd be great . i also like it clean but i need the clock at the bottom cuz i don't wear a watch and i use the stock sheath. i like to just pull the phone out a bit to see the clock. without it i'll have to pull the whole phone out and unlock it to see the time.

I`m using SPB MS 3.5.3, with no addon or patch whatsoever. I`m trying to "port" the iPhone look (made my custom iPhonish icons + a custom taskbar), but I`m having a hard time making the menubar buttons transparent. I`ve removed the 2 buttons using ShellExtension, thus the only think keeping me from succesfully accomplishing my task is that menubar (the carousel on the left and the options [Add widget, Edit Layout, etc.] on the right)...
Any suggestions? Is it possible to make them transparent? Moving them on the upper part of the screen would also be wonderful!

Here is a diferent chalenge for you mod's. Anyone nows how to make the default 2.1 x10 lock screen completly transparent or just 80% tranparency without clock and only with the dragable "unlock/sound off" bars ?

I would like that too.. but along with transparent notification / status bar and a % battery icon ;-)

Just a quick question. Is there any way to change the animation that happens when scrolling between homescreens in Sense?
I get really annoyed by the "cube" style rotation animation and would like just a plain slide to the side. And I would like it to be faster too.
