Does anyone know a RDP application for Windows Mobile (5/6) which can be used to publish a single application from a terminal server on a mobile device?
My research with google did not lead to any result so far.
Thanks in advance.

Do you know if this is possible so I mean using the app publishing of Windows 2008?
BTW Does anybody where to check whether the RDP Client is included in official Windows Mobile 6 ROM or not?
Regards
Not tried it, when I was running a 2008 test network at home I didn't have a WM device.
If you can wait 3 weeks when I'm back from holiday, I'll build a 2008 server and give it a test.
Doubt it will work though.
To my knowledge there's only the citrix client for mobiles which can do it, and I don't know much about that.

Hi
Any reason why no one has come up with software for Enterprise Server for Novell GroupWise? Or am I missing out on a software application. Why should Blackberry have one and not Windows Mobile and, I believe, so may iPhone???
We've got Groupwise at work and I'd like to be able to connect to it from my Touch Cruise.
Appreciate your help
Thanks
Brian
There already is a Blackberry Enterprise Server for Groupwise. It's usually half or a full version behind BES for Exchange. There are also a few other 3rd party solutions as well as a Novel solution based on Intellisync.

Hi
I know that Blackberry has an Enterprise Server. I'm trying to find out whether there is an application for WM 6. If you say that there are 3rd party solutions for WM 6 can you give some suggestions.
Thanks
Brian

Whether your device is supported is dependent on model and carrier. Check your provider for what devices are supported

Does anyone know if there is a Growl client for windows mobile? Tryed google but could not find anything. Iphone has prowl so we need one as well
Still no Growl client for WM? What a shame. But I guess as there is no official notification server like for the iphone, one has to be installed for this service to work, where the phone has to be "logged in".
I've got a webserver that has plenty of idle time and I am willing to test anything that would be necessary for this to work. I am also a web developer and can help with php and mysql programming. But I do not have any programming skills on windows mobile.

Hi,
I am searching for a VNC Client/Viewer for Windows Mobile 6.5 to go on my HD2.
So far, the stuff I have found runs on WinMo 5. Is there a decent/updated version out there ?
Please give me your recommendations.
Regards
I am using the .NET VNC Viewer. Works on my HD2
Could you post a link/cab for this please?

I found a link here, but cant try until I am home tomorrow. Do let me know how it works.
Ta!
You can find a really good VNC client that works well here:

I use Mocha VNC it's not free but works extremely well, also most phones come with remote desktop that can serve it's purpose.
I have a small problem. I use a netbook (Asus Eee PC 1005HA-H, Atom N280) for my computering. However sometimes I need to have acces to a PC while I'm on the go. I know there is a Remote Desktop program in my HD2, but here's the problem: I use Windows XP Home edition. Which does not have an RDP server in it. There is no way I can use Remote desktop for my laptop sadly.
I do have good experiences with VNC applications such as RealVNC.
So logically, I am now looking for a good, finger-friendly app for my HD2. I am using Google to find more information, but all I seem to find is applications that are from 2005 and VGA, or offers for Viagra.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Finally, after days of searching a mate send me this link via Twitter.

Maybe this will help somebody else. If it isn't going to work I will let it now here.
Any news yet?
Link for the CAB is in that post...
I am currently using the .NET VNC Viewer on my HD2:

It works. Not the fingerfriendliest App I've seen so far, but.. it's okay for me.
my colleague has an Android HTC and found a tricorder app for it
NO WAY Android is better than windows, so anyone has a nice tricorder app for WinMo?

I had one in 2002. that's long before android ;-) You might tell this your friend... hd2 is far beyond that stuff, hehe

lol....if it is nice or not dunno...if it works on leo dunno but you can try this one:

Tricorder
A mate of mine has this for his Android phone (HTC Desire).
It is brilliant all the sensors actually work.
The only windows mobile apps I can find are about 10 years old and so lame and outdated they are not worth the waste of time. They were written when all the sensors my HD2 has did not exist on things like Compaq handhelds.
Its time someone wrote one for the modern Winmo devices. Shame my programming skills don't stretch to that. Nor does my development environment ( the free Microsoft lite IDE wont program for the mobile environment desktop only sadly).
