[Q] Problems with CM10 - Can´t save apn´s - can´t reverse to ics

hi guys, i´ve updated to OTA ICS, then rooted, then install CM10 but there´s no way to configure apn´s. I´ve read all kinds of forums and there´s no answer that helped me yet. I´ve given up triying to save the Apn´s and tried to downgrade to ICS but RDS doesn´t read my phone. i´ve Downloaded, install and uninstall usb driver 5.2.0 (64 bits) and 5.4.0 (64 bits) ( I have Windows 7 64 bits by the way.) with no luck. so now i have a no cellphone nor data. Just a quick android gaming over wi-fi device.
Bottom line, how can i save my apn´s. I tried saving - reboot method, didn´t work.(cwpanama, Panama City Panama, i have the parameters) or downgrade to ICS??
Can you help me please.

at first when I set my apn, I just press back button and then it do not save. HOWEVER, after that I try after setting my apn, I press menu button then choose SAVE, and voilah! my apn saved and I can get data. you must have the correct apn setting.

Go to:
Settings --> More... -> Uncheck 'Enable alt OEM telephony code' and 'Enable alternate getIMSI code'. Then reboot, and now you can add your own apn.

i dont have that option under more..., this is what shows : Airplane mode(uncheck), VPN Tethering & portable hotspot, Mobile Networks.

And why don't you use MagicMod? It has less bugs. I mean, it have a few bugs, but nothing big. Are minimal bugs.

Look around.
If you cant locate it. you shouldnt be messing with your phone.

I'm Sorry for you! You just gave out your User & Pass out... 127.0.0.1 is your SYstem Host...Means your PC..Someone gets your Logged IP...You are almost near to doomed Dont worry,I wont try to hack into SYstem :cyclops:

No problem..... Earlier i liked to hack into systems and Facebook Accounts Now its not my passion anymore.... And remove the #1 Pass and Username.... Are you using some braodband connection by tiwana?

Need Help (Unlock Unavailable)

Hello, this is my first post here.
Im in trouble and need valuable help from you all. Actually in my Sony Xperia L I cannot select (None with 2 other) in security phone lock options. I want to disable it but cannot make a selection. I seek help from different groups from Facebook but couldn't solve my problem. So, I' m highly expect something helpful from this site/forum. Please help me to solve this problem.. Thanks.........

You might have installed a CA certificate! Go To Settings>Security>Trusted Credentials> Click On user tab and remove any CA certificate if present!:highfive:
Report Back if the problem is fixed!

Thanks for responding anyway.... Yeah I used VPN application before and vpnbook CA was there in user as you've said but I already deleted it as one person told me to do. But even after that also these options are not available...

I didn't find any option to clear it.. and which one should I disable it I have no idea.. but I already deleted one and only Certificate from (user) credential....

Okay....but if I removed those credantials I think whole Certificates will be deleted. Is it save to delete those system Credantials.???? What about reset factory. Will it solve the problem.???

Hello, atlast my hope from this site is exactly what I expected before.. Yes sir... now my problem has solved. I really thankfull for you and for this forum... Here I am posting screenshot which is now able to choose all of them. Anyway, problem solved now you can closed this thread.

Setup on Windows

3. Click “Change Adpater Settings” Select adapter that you want to insert FreedomDNS (Ethernet and Wifi are supported, including VPN)
4. Right click > Select Properties
5. Double click “Internet Protocol Version 4”
6. Now, in DNS field, select “Use the following DNS Server Address” and for Preferred DNS Server, fill this : 139.99.61.70
7. Click OK after filling the DNS, and OK in Adapter Properties (Optional : You can disable, and re-enable the adapter by right click > Disable, and right click > enable)

For DNS over TLS
Now, FreedomDNS support DNS over TLS
If you want to use DoT method, you can use this :

it stops and gives wifi error after some time
but its the fastest dns server

im using it only via android settings private dns since its workinf also there.

But, my DNS is like CloudFlare DNS, but it has an adblock feature
and for upstream using CloudFlare and other provider
