A bit delayed due to some family issues, but I've got a detail write up and video review for any one still on the fence. Any questions that aren't answered, let me know, and I'll get you an answer.

Hey guys, I have appreciated the video reviews posted here so I thought I would do one myself. This video review is for the New Trent Bluetooth Keyboard with touch pad. Here is a link to the video review

And here is a link to the product on Amazon

My full written review is there as well. In short, its the best wireless keyboard I have used. Definitely worth the asking price of $55. Its meant for a 10 inch tablet, so it may not be what you are looking for though.
This is my first YouTube video, so there is much room for improvement. I plan on continuing to review various android hardware and accessories should you wish to subscribe. Let me know if you have ideas!
Hi everyone,
After my Samsung S2 suffered water damage, I now need to buy a new smartphone, and I had almost decided for the S3, which now costs only GBP40 less than the S2. Until I stumbled upon this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/S7189-MTK6589-Android-Smartphone-UNLOCKED/dp/B00BG8F9G0
I have no problem with the idea of owning an "unbranded" phone, but I'm just worried that it might later turn out to be of substantially lower quality than the original. A colleague of mine owns a previous model of this Star phone (N7100), and he's been happy with it for the past year or so. After playing around with his phone a bit, it seemed fine to me, however I didn't get to test it in more detail (e.g. compare image quality of camera output with that from the S2, or see how stable the GPS fix is).
I'd have really liked to read a proper review for it (with benchmarks etc), or at least see a believable amount of user ratings. The Amazon product page has some good user reviews, but only 22 of them, and you can't really find much information about this model (or about the Star make in general) on the Internet.
What do you guys think? Is there reason to believe this phone would perform (visibly/audibly) worse than its closest Samsung equivalent, or that its life expectency would be shorter? Many thanks in advance for any help, I really appreciate it!

Please use one of ^^^^^these^^^^^^ threads. Otherwise the General forum would be full of these kinds of threads. One important difference that is independent of build quality is that branded phones have better OEM support and there is likely to be a lot more development on a branded device.

Hey everyone. I want to keep this thread strictly to case reviews for the Note 4. I'll update this post with new videos as I make them or as other members make them. The idea isn't so much to get people's opinions on cases as much as it is to be a resource for anyone looking to buy a case for their Note 4. Also, if you have a question about a specific case check to see if that question is answered in one of the videos for that case before asking the question. If you don't see it in the case reviews then ask away
Greetings XDA! I've heard numerous stories about how the XDA community has helped random people across the internet. I am in need of some assistance. I have started a new tech channel called Ish Network on my YouTube channel. For the past 4 years I have dreamed of becoming one of those people who gets to review the latest and greatest gadgets the world of technology has to offer. I always watch channels like XDA Developers, Phone Arena, Unbox TherapyTechnoBuffalo, MKBHD, etc. I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands. It is time to stop dreaming and take action. Before I appeal to companies around the world to lend me devices to review and play with while helping them market at the time, I need to gain a viewer base and subscriber base. Now I'm not asking everyone to subscribe and like my videos. If you truly love technology, please help a fellow geek out!
My first official video to kick off my new series is my Galaxy Note 4 Review. I would appreciate any comments, positive or negative (feedback is always valued). Thank you for helping me out!

You're basically asking us to review a review. Well, here's my opinion:
You did a pretty good job with the video, if this is your first.
Your voice sounds good, however some words are mispronounced and there were a few mistakes/points where you hesitated. Take more time to deliver a coherent and impeccable speech.
The video recording was decent, I liked the fact that you shot many angles of the phone. The problem here is with the stabilisation, the camera was shaking and sometimes out of focus. Again, you should take a little more time to set everything up accordingly.
You should not talk when you are testing the speaker because neither the music nor your voice is clear. You should review it saying something like this "let's move on to the speaker. Samsung went for a rear facing speaker this year. The sound is good/bad/loud/etc. as you can hear". After this brief introduction the music is to be played, so we can hear it and make our own opinion.
Edit: I think you ought to be a little more objective. I mean, sure, the note 4 is a great phone, no questions here, but it has flaws which should have been covered in the review. The rear facing speaker is not that good. There should be dual speakers facing the front, like those on HTC M8/M7. The fingerprint sensor is not as accurated as touchID. You get the point. Note that I'm not saying this is bad and you should quit, but you have to improve. The information is correct, the voice sounds great, the angles are great, just try to focus more on the small details. Use a tripod and take more time to get the camera focused.

looks like it makes the phone about 1000x stronger…!
fanny,happy father's day!
Why are you guys so bad at promoting your product? Stop pretending not to work for Rhino Guard. Are there rules against posting something like: "Are you looking for a case? Check out this video review of our product, the Rhino Guard S6 Bumper"?
I have this case and I really like it, but your marketing on XDA is just weird. Also - I bought it because of some Yahoo review of the iPhone 5 version, not because of your strange XDA marketing tactics.
Edit: and now that I look at OP's post history, maybe he/she doesn't work for Rhino Guard. If so, my bad. It was just a weird post and weird reply.

As far as I can tell they've done almost no marketing for the s6. I was almost going to write them for a review sample as I'm interested in this bumper, but the limited reviews and pictures was definitely holding me back. The video was a very good and needed demonstration

Right. That's what has me kind of put off by them. If you want to promote your product, you should be sending out review units and getting stories out there - not posting negative comments in threads about other products (which is their typical move here on XDA).
I should point out that Android Central did a review on them a little while ago, if you're still looking for one.

I'm not sure I would call what Android Central posted a review Regardless, I just took the jump -- the promo code from the video didn't hurt
This video looks great, how much is the case?
