Is there a calendar app that includes pop up notifications, as with Handcent and SMS notifications?

I was wondering if there is a tweak that will allow me to set custom ringtones for my text messages for contacts
looking for some recommendations for an app to schedule some of the notification tones overnight. eg turn off gmail notification between 10pm-7am.
There seems to be a few apps that I can see, I'm trailing some but looking to see if anyone has some suggestions.
The same notification sound is usually played for all incoming messages on Android by default.I want a different sound for different notification .
Can you change the notification sound for New Voicemail, New Text Message, New Mail etc.........and can you change the shut down sound
To change the text notification, go into the Messaging app, hit Menu-Settings, and then change the ringtone. The same can happen for the Mail, Gmail, and Voicemail apps. You just have to go into that app to change the sound for that app.
If notification level in set to zero, all incoming notifications from WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and other 3rd party apps are silent WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FACEBOOK.
Facebook notifications always ring, regardless of the notification volume level.
Hi, I have an issue with GMail Notification in my Poco M3 Pro... hope someone can help pls...
GMail Notifications are visible on lock screen and notification shade, but it does not play sound for each incoming email.
I have turned off adaptive notifications
In GMail App, I have set notifications to All and Inbox Notifications to Notify for every message
However, I hear email notification sound at times for some messages but not for all incoming emails
Am I doing anything wrong?
