Better YouTube app? - Nexus One Themes and Apps

* One that allows you to buffer in the background.
* Doesn't dump after it's played (allowing you to rewind without re-buffering)
* Post comments
* Auto High-Quality (480p) setting
Is this possible? How would you go about doing this?

im also looking for a better yt app..

Yeah I've often wished it would 'keep my place' when I answer a message or check the browser for a second. Some sort of one minute timeout delay would be great.

Would it be hard to write one?
......guize?

Looking for Auto-Screenshot App ( Or with Tasker )

Ph: Captivate running MIUI
I listen to Tunein RADIO while driving and would like to capture screeshots of the screen to see the songs name. This is a trance radio station which doesn't show playlists. I can't risk taking SS while driving so I was wondering if there is an app or way to do it from Tasker ( every 3 mins etc )
Thanks
I keep shootme in my swipepad menu...works well and I can do it without looking at the phone. I think you would clog up your memory shooting every 3 minutes.

Ultimate rotation controls.

Hi folks just wanted to share a program I have found called Ultimate Rotation Control. For some time I've been annoyed with the poor rotation issues of this phone even with the work of the outstanding devs adding rotation to Rosie.apk it still wasn't enough! I wanted 180 rotation and rotation within individual apps and websites viewing videos (4od was a culprit of this) and the thought of decompiling EVERY app to change was a very daunting issue.
Well that was until I found URC in a thread somewhere whilst searching various forums for ideas and help. It gives you the power to control every apps rotation individually and/or use a global setting for rotation even with Lockscreen rotation available.
This is a try before you buy 7 day free trail and the licence costs £1.69 which to me is worth every single penny. Hope you like it and happy rotating

not sure why few have seen this thread but this is great! works flawlessly for me using TrickDroid and as silly as this is, the main reason for using team venom's rom is the auto rotation. and now I get it here!

[APP][2.1+] Ctrl+C

Ctrl+C is a share to clipboard application meaning it will copy any text into clipboard which you share from other apps.
Typical use-cases for this are:
* You want to tell your GTalk friend about awesome app in Play Market.
* You want to tell that friend about some place in Foursquare.
* You want to open current web page in other browser (copying from address bar is so slow).
Ctrl+C acts as a text data receiver for Share functionality so to use it just click Share in any app and tap on Ctrl+C. It comes with a bunch of useful settings and history of last ten copied items.
Changes in 1.2.1:
* Updated UI for tablets.
* Fixed Russian translation.
* Minimized RAM usage.
* Fixed one crash.
* Lots of small fixes.
Current version: 1.2.1
Available on Play Market, SlideME and Handster. Because I know people with devices without Play Market.
+1

Well, if you look at screenshots you will see that it does indeed! It supports everything from Android 2.2 and up to 4.2.1. And comes with Holo theme as ICS/JB users expect it to.
Cool app, but in history i have 1 item with date 1970...is it ok?
Yeah, it's OK, it's just a default history item to fill the screen
App just got a small update!
Great idea, but I did not appreciate the full screen add recommending apps to me after installing this app. If I get any more ads, this will be quickly Uninstalled.

There's a checkbox which hides More Apps tab and you will never see them again.

Thanks!

[APP REQUEST] - Turn Screen of Tablet into Blackboard

Hi all,
I've been searching the play store/web for a simple apk that turns your entire tablets screen into a chalkboard.
Can anyone recommend such an app? I know they're a couple out there, but they either have adds or annoying options... Plain and simple is best!
It'd be even cooler if there was a widget that took up an entire page you you can just swipe to said page and start to draw...
Now that would be a great app in my opinion.
Please let me know if anyone has come across such an app.
Cheers,
Conor

Is there an apk to Launch any App into VR/3D/Split Screen view?

Hi
I was trying to find an app that can launch any app like BTSport into a split screen so that I can watch a live stream in my VR headset (without 3D), but I cannot see anywhere that does it. I know I can use k0di and change the output to split screen with a few changes, but it would be good to do this for other Apps. I have the Moto X Pure Style that I am trying to do this on. I was event trying to get a split screen or 3D launcher, but nothing shows up.
I'm not sure if Daydream will do this with the BTSport app, but is not compatible with my phone and haven't tried getting from other locations. I have tried a few from the playstore and none of them allow BTSport to open
Hope you can help.
Thanks in advance
There is an app called parallel windows that might be helpful, search XDA, it on here somewhere.
