I haven't seen anything that quite does this, and I've been looking too. Your best bet would probably be to install a desktop application that keeps things synced to your Twitter status and then use a simple Twitter client. I don't have a specific recommendation, but I've seen software that can do this...
Do you have any application name that will work on desktop ?
You might want to take a look at Nimbuzz. I am not sure if it includes all the services you asked for, but definatly some. May be that will help you.

hello! i'm using Nimbuzz application. it's free and it does a great job! goes on wifi also, u can even send files. i say check it out. it supports also voice call through yahoo messenger, tried it already and works very good! happy new year

I use http://shmessenger.org/en_US/ and works like a charm. It is nice looking, you cand send any file and works either on 3G and Wi-Fi.

Im looking for a free WLM application. I think two things are important
1: Multilanguage
2: Just support for WLM or individual. Things like eBuddy and Trillian for Android are asking for a ID to group them all together.
A good example is Mercury Messenger, which supports individual logins, but had no multilanguage support.
