alright i am a noob at this. i just recently got my usa tmobile htc hd2 and i downloaded the zip file of the gtx theme to my pc. i wanted to now now what? how do i get this theme up and running on my phone? can i download and open up the zip straight on my phone? any help will be appreciated thankyou.
i know i probably have to unzip all the files onto a folder on my phone but to which one?

Hey all!, I am a little noobie when it comes to the HTC touch phones and other windows mobiles. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to install .zip files onto my HTC Touch Diamond? I want to change the slider and the icons but i dont know how to when there are .zip files to download.

you will have to be more specific as to what you want to do..
which icons? which slider?
some programs require you to extract the imaes and overwrite the existing images... other programs will use the zip to install the new theme

Can any1 give me a hand on how to intsall the theme i download ehre to my htc touch 3G i bough recently?
Which theme are you wanting to install, some come in cab files, others you just copy over other files into specific folders on the device.
I realize this is likely a dumb question but this is it. I downloaded a .rar file then unpacked it to a folder on my desktop. At that point I moved it to my HTC Rhodium touch pro 2 memory card. What is the best way to get this .cab installed on my phone?

If im using winrar it automatically unzips right? All the roms i download dont actually have a zip file... When I put the files on the sd card and try and load from bootscreen nothing is availible. Thanks for any help. Evo, no roms yet, rooted, rom mananger (tried)
just got burnt rom to work fine... but guess i dont know which link for the most part to download
