not sure if its the theme or not, but is the software you need to install iphone applications. i think maybe something to do with ifons, or s2u2 v 1.2

Is there a tool for windows, where i can create my own themes for CyanogenMod?
Here are a loot of cool themes, but my girlfriend wants a "Hello Kitty" theme for her x8 .

I don't know what all is required to make themes, but I would ask in the android themes forum and some devs should be able to point you in the right direction.
