It 's true that Android can not install applications and games on the memory card? Because I am undecided whether to buy an HTC HD Mini (Windows Mobile 6.5.x) or a HTC Legend (Android 2.1)

It's possible with an Apps2SD hack. It's a script which is included in most custom roms
