Remove quick link curtains

Hello,
I want to remove the quicklink curtains in Manila/Sense 2.5
But i can't find the .cab anywere

But i don't want to see that squares i only want to see the programs icon inside it.

In CHT u've got the possibility to add a notification bar with 3 icons:

...in the configuration of CHT u can link this 3 notifications with other apps.
Now i want to link for exampe the file explorer to the message notification icon AND change the appearance of it...but the icon is linked to the top bar of the phone...
so my question is, wether an app exists with a similar function!?
