I would like to upgrade my magic 32A to android 2.1.
I’ve seen in this forum but it’s not clear which is the best rom to use.
Can you suggest me which is the best rom and how to install it?
My phones’s info are:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A SHIP S-ON H
HBOOT-1.33.0008 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-12
RADIO-3.22.20.17

You need to get a version for 32A motherboard. Search the forum.

Ive been trying to figure out how to flash a new rom on my girlsfriends HTC Magic. Im thinking Super F 1.0. however I get so confused when reading all the different post on this forum. Could someone break down the exact procedure of how I should do this. This is what I got so far

This is not developement issue go to general and find some posts how to root you magic with that radio and spl combo

Why do you have a Q in your subject?
I have flashed ginger yoshi 1.2.1 on HTC MAGIC. specs are

After installation the display is not so good. seems likes resolution downgrade where colors are dim even on full brighness. anyone knows how to correct that?
also after installation please tell me any changes in settings that I should make to improve performance.
