I Have I Mat Jam Model P10c It Was Working But Customer Try To Make Update For Radion Rome Then It Stopped In The 2% And Phone Daed And He Give It To Me It Wasnt Power On But When I Connect Cable I See In The Lcd Usb Cable Or Serial Cable And Red Light Abd Now I See Only Red Light And Phone Cant Go To Boot Mode So Any One Help Me How Can I Slove This Problem And Revive This Phone

This is the new Mio Arabizer A701 WWE WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20755 Build 20755.1.0.0 Mobile Vista 3.00 Lite Rom.
The CE image is based on the Official WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20755 ( Build 20755.1.0.0 ) .
It is created due to requests for an Arabizer rom.
< Start Menu > function is provided world wide first (wwf) in A701 to the bottom left hardware key ( under phone key ) directly from rom.
< Suspend > function is provided to the bottom right hardware key ( under power key ).
Another wwf is the A701 icon when you synchronize in Windows Vista as well as the folder A701 of synchronization.
Finally the phone dealer has been redesigned in the cool blue colors of this Mobile Vista Lite edition.
The versions of the applications included inside the rom are as follows:
1. Data Backup : 3.10 (Build 21366) of High Tech Computer Corp.
2. Windows Live : 10.6.0039.130
3. Windows Media Player : 10.3 Build 20755
4. Office Mobile : 6.1
5. Task manager : 2.9

C. Instructions to successfully flash the rom CE image
Unzip the downloaded file: Mio_A701_Arabizer_WWE_WM6.1_CEOS_5.2.20755_Build_20755.1.0.0_Mobile_Vista_3.00_Lite_by_ansar.zip
and in the created directory you will have the following:
1. This readme.txt file
2. The VistaLibARA20755Lite directory with the subdirectories:
a. CabsToStorageCardProgramFiles, that include:

Update of backup procedure:
Before flashing make a backup of your files in Storage Card using the Data Backup Program from my previous roms or your favorite backup.
In case you do not have a backup application install the Backup.cab (is PIMBackup) found in VistaLibARA20755Lite directory.
After PIMBackup installation perform your data backup in your Storage card.
Warning: If you have downloaded before this chronocode [28-10-2008 10:30 PM] and you have backup problems then re-download.
End of Update
From paragraph 2. above there are four variations of the Lite Mobile Vista 3.00
Place the VistaLibARA20755Lite directory and SDConfig.txt in the Storage Card and Power off.
Place CE image file in a directory of your desktop or Portable PC and proceed as follows:
a. Set your Mio A701 in boot loader mode by holding down Volume Up + Navi down + reset buttons and
After 4 seconds (for me is ok in 0) release Volume Up + Navi down first and then release the reset button.
In the ScoterUT Rxx Magneto screen menu select FlashROM Upgrade and press Navi center button.
In the next FlashROM Upgrade screen menu select the CE img by USB option.
b. Connect your Mio A701 to your desktop or portable PC with Activesync 4.5 setting: Allow USB connections not checked.
Note: It is difficult to flash in a Vista OS on desktop or Portable PC.
I recommend a desktop with XP as maximum.
c. Run ScoterRomUpdate-R01.exe on PC and follow the instructions.
d. After the successful flashing select in Mio A701 exit and Enter deep sleep or Watchdog reset (in UT 55).
e. Unplug the USB wire and perform a hard reset by holding down Volume down + power on buttons. (Not required in UT55)
The Rom loading process will perform as follows:
a. Loads all splash screens, performs the welcome screen, displays the initial Today screen and
b. Then loads Mobile_vista.tsk theme.
The User Customization process initiates as follows:
a. Loads all cabs from internal rom and VistaLibWWE20755Lite.
Note: the majority of cabs are modified by me in order to go to the desired destination.
b. Loads the *.xml files and performs the instructions included in these files.
c. The process will finish after machine's final Reset and final boot.
Note 1: The new keyboard layout has options for small and big letters.
It is predefined to initial setup in small letters. In case of big, the CAPs are displayed with double tap on shift key.
Note 2: The key of media player is assigned to Start Menu for better performance.
Note 3: The navigation key is assigned to Suspend for better power saving.
Note 4: RegEdit (the one part of task manager) and Total Commander is assigned in the screen bottom left and right locations.
Note 5: As you already noticed the Mobile_Vista.tsk theme is redesigned as cool blue.
Note 6: Internet explorer has two new home screens.
The first has help, IE Home, Mio Home and Xda Developers.
If you tap on IE Home the well known IE screen is seen.
When you tap on menu>tools>options you can set the current, IE home as home page.
You can always go back to the first page from menu>tools>options and setting use default.
Note 7: In SDConfig.txt is included the new Comm Manager.
Note 8: The bottom screen plug-in has six small buttons where from left to right you can have:
- The green for on off the phone
- The GPS ephemeris activation
- The memory
- The Bluetooth
- The Icon only for battery charge view. For the settings there is the top bar battery button.
- The screen rotation button.
- In case of XCPUScalar enabling, you have three more as XCPU, Suspend and Reset.

E. Important Notes
The Prayer Times is trail edition and you must get your registeration key.
I see in posts that some users are facing problems with MS Vista synch.
Now in MS Vista will see Mio A701 as a folder when synch.
I use Vista for all rom projects, but Windows Mobile Device Center must be of version 6.1.6965 .
I moved my A701 in official R65 and UT55 and i had no problems with flashing.
So do not change from your R65 if there is no good reason for this.
You may have serious problems, even to brick your device, when downgrading to R48.
In theory then is no difference with practice but in practice there is.
I will release a Mobile Home and a Mobile Premium Vista edition based on the tested 20755 OS.
These WWE versions i.e. Lite, Home and Premium will be the basis for other languages to build.

This is the new Mio A701 WWE WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20755 Build 20755.1.0.0 Mobile Vista 3.00 Navi Rom.
The CE image is based on the Official WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20755 ( Build 20755.1.0.0 ).
It includes all LITE rom functions plus Visual GPSce, TomTom Navigator 6 and S2U2.
< Start Menu > function is provided world wide first (wwf) in A701 to the bottom left hardware key ( under phone key ).
< TomTom Navigator > function is provided to the bottom right hardware key ( under power key ).
Another wwf is the A701 icon when you synchronize in Windows Vista as well as the folder A701 of synchronization.
With regard to speed here are the results for A701 with this rom on VSBENCHMARK 2007.
Two tests carried out, one with Navi @ 520MHz and a second OverClocked @ 624MHz.
There was not any problem with overclocking with the VSBENCHMARK.CAB installed @ 624MHz.

Note10: S2U2 is running automatically as all bugs have now been fixed in the special cab provided.

I am new to this, mio a701 shows R65 when turning the phone on, and when in bootloader it shows R55.
Can you please explain do I have UT55, so is it OK to flash this rom?
After flashing, will I not have R65 anymore? If not, then what?
What is meant by:
"So do not change from your R65 if there is no good reason for this.
You may have serious problems, even to brick your device, when downgrading to R48."
Will the bootloader still be the same or different after flashing?
How do you change the bootloader version?
Can this be flashed using SD card and not USB?

Hi,
1st way: Volume UP + Navi Down + Soft Reset, in this order.
2nd way: Volume UP + Power. When leds one release both and then Navi Down.

iGO8 is tested and is working in three steps as follows:
1. Place iGO8 folder in \Storage Card root i.e. \Storage Card\iGO8
2. edit SYS.TXT with Total Commander after [rawdisplay] line as:
screen_x=240
screen_y=320
... save SYS.TXT and close it.
3. Click on iGO8.exe and after loading Navigation Menu press settings, then right arrow and
... tap on GPS icon
... tap on port up to see 2 (i.e Port 2)
... tick on GPS Enabled and
... set baude rate at 57600
The rest is on your own, that's all.
Tested version was:

Finally incoming calls issue is fixed.
In addition more graphics are implemented as well as the 28005 alarms (alarm-01,...,alarm-10).
Now on bottom screen in start menu lock and back-arrow icons are revialed.
It will be two versions named SeaDragon and typical Mio and MS black theme.
And a final improvement, it will be uploaded with page pools of 6, 8, 10 and 12 MB.

This is the updated Rom for Mio A701: WWE-WM6.5-CE-OS-5.2.28005-Build-28005.5.3.0, compressed in LZX algorithm, Mobile Vista 6.50 SeaDragon, D3D , and optional YouTube ready.
- Additional applications are provided through SeaDragonFiles.cab with the SDConfig28005.txt file and must be installed as a minimum.
- YouTube application is provided as a cab with the SDConfig28005YT.txt file but is optional.
- CHomeWeather / Titanium today plugin has been integrated in rom with New York settings.
- Power service management is also provided in rom.
- Backlight.cpl and Power.cpl finally fixed, so i will re-upload all 6.1 and proceed to all 6.5 languages.
- Backlight must be used for setting the brightness and backlight.exe for setting the turn off delay time of 10 sec or more.
- More graphics are added to Today Screen.
- Exchange Server issue is fixed.
- Contacts issue is fixed.
- Appointments issue is fixed.
- Incoming calls dsiplay info issue not fixed but a workaround is with the left button - under power button - assigned to Lock Device.
- In order to save battery consumption we keep our device locked and when incomming calls are received they are displayed correctly.
- The XIP (eXecutable In Place) is completed - includes the missing hd.dll and osaxst0.dll - amd allows for WM6.5 and LZX compression.
- The CE image is based on an almost official WM6.5 CE OS 5.2.28005 ( Build 28005.5.3.0 ).

C. Instructions to successfully flash the rom CE image.
Here bellows are the instructions to successfully flash it, example for PP4.
Unzip the downloaded file: Mio_A701_WWE_WM6.5.28005.LZX.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_PP4_by_ansar.zip
and in the created directory you will have the following:
1. The VistalibWWE28005MVSD6_50 directory with the required cabs
2. The CHomeWeather Location Database.txt file
3. The rom binary image Mio_A701_WWE_WM6.5.28005.LZX.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_PP4_YouTube_by_ansar.bin
4. This ReadmePP4.txt file
5. The SDConfig28005.txt file and
6. The SDConfig28005YT.txt
Before flashing we make a backup of our files in Storage Card using the Data Backup Program or PIM Backup from my previous roms or your favorite backup.
Use the same backup application you used to save your data in order to recover them after flashing.
Remove any SDConfig.txt filefrom your Storage Card (only 6.5 compatible cabs can be loaded) and
flash the Mio_A701_WWE_WM6.5.28005.LZX.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_PP4_by_ansar.bin image file as follows:
a. Enter Mio A701 in boot loader menu by pressing and holding Volume UP and then also pressing and holding the Power On button.
.... When led power on, release both buttons and press the navi down key in order to enter to boot loader.
.... Press Navi Down to go to FlashROM Upgrade by USB and press the central Navi key to select this sub menu.
.... Then press Navi Down to go to CE img By USB and press the central Navi key to select this option.
.... Wait to see the message Waiting for image...
b. Check that in a PC/Laptop have unchecked the Allow USB connections option before connecting.
.... Connect Mio A701 to a PC/Laptop with a usb cable.
.... In Windows Vista we must have the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center, the Mio A701 Drivers and ScoterRomUpdate-R01.exe installed.
c. Place the Mio_A701_WWE_WM6.5.28005.LZX.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_PP4_by_ansar.bin, run ScoterRomUpdate-R01.exe and follow the instructions.
d. After the successful flashing of the rom, in your device select exit, and then:
..... 1. if Uboot 48 is installed in the device, select the Enter Deepsleep option and then perform a Hard Reset.
....... Hard Reset is enabled by pressing and holding Volume Down key and then pressing the power button.
....... When a vibration is activated, release both keys.
..... 2. if not Uboot 48, select WatchDog reset.
e. Remember to tick again the Allow USB connections option in your PC in order to activesync by USB cable connection later on.
The Rom flashing process will perform as follows:
a. Loads all splash screens, performs the welcome screen and displays the initial Today screen.
b. Then loads Mobile_Vista theme and
c. Executes the final reset and reboots the device.
e. The device displays the phone security pin entry procedure and after that enters in Mobile Windows today screen.
Note 1: The new keyboard layout has options for small and big letters
and it is predefined to initial setup of small letters.
Note 2: The left key used for Windows Player is assigned to Start Menu activation.
Note 3: The right key used for navigation is assigned to <OK/close> and Start menu deactivation.
Note 4: In simple windows mode, Contacts and Total Commander are assigned in the known inside touch keys.
Note 5: As you already noticed all screens (initial splash, windows welcome and AutoRun) are redesigned as well as the Mobile_Vista.tsk theme
Note 6: Internet explorer has two new home screens.
The first has help, IE Home, HTC Home and Xda Developers.
If you tap on IE Home the well known iexplorer home screen is seen.
When you tap on menu>tools>options you can set the current, IE home as home page.
You can always go back to the first page from menu>tools>options and setting use default.
Note 7: The well known SRS WOW HD driver is in the rom as package for enhanced HD sound.

Hi Ansar.
I have installed your ROM.
I checked what programs do I have: Costomatization tool, Ms Mobile Vista, HTC SeaDragon files_28005, HTC streaing Media, Ansar Skype, Showaco Choma editor.
Based upon this, I use 31 Mbyte Storage memory from 64. And I don't know for what reason sometimes I use 31 MB or 27 MB from 39,67 MB Program memory.
It looks like this amount of memory is not enough to run IGO 8.
What do I have to do?

I installed the 4 MB pool page memory version, and now I have 20 Mbyte free program memory from 50.
Igo works with this.

The Full Screen Player is activated from Album by selecting the desired *.3gp, *.avi and *.mp4 file.
This player is controlled from the central joystick for stop/restart/forward/backward operations.
A new booting image and sound is implemented, the Htc quietly brilliant.
It is a new ROM created with platfrom builder and i will wait for your feed back in order to improve it.

The CE image is based on an almost Official WM6.5 CE OS 5.2.28205 ( Build 28205.5.3.3 ) and the new kernel is 6.5_nk.exe.
Version 6.50 includes all required packages in the ROM as M2D and M2DLS (Xda - team manila improved by me),
GoogleMaps, HTCEnchancements, HTCOpera, YouTube, Audio Manager 2, Audio Booster (Equalizer for headphones) and others.
No additional applications are installed with SDConfig.txt by SDAutorun but you can add as you wish with your own SDConfig.txt.
D3D drivers have been checked in the new OS 5.2.28205.

C. Instructions to successfully flash the rom CE image
Here bellows are the Instructions to successfully flash it.
Unzip the downloaded file:
A. RUU_Kaiser_WWE_WM6.5.28205.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_by_ansar.zip
in case you downloaded the radio inclusive one or
B. RUU_Kaiser_WWE_WM6.5.28205.MobileVista6.50SeaDragon_by_ansar.zip
if you downloaded the nbh without the radio.
and in the created directory you will have the following:
1. This readme.txt file
2. The control text files SDConfig.txt that includes only the Reset instruction and
3. The nbh image RUU_Signed.nbh file that is with or without radio depending on the downloaded zip file.
Before flashing make a backup of your files in Storage Card using the Data Backup Program or PIM Backup from my previous ROMs or your favorite backup.
After PIMBackup installation perform your data backup in your Storage card.
Place the SDConfig.txt file in the Storage Card and flash the RUU_Signed.nbh image file as follows:
a. Power on TyTN II, if not already.
b. Connect TyTN II to your desktop PC or laptop and perform all steps up to establish an Active sync connection.
Note: in Windows Vista you must have the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center.
c. Copy the RUU_Signed.nbh in the same directory with KaiserCustomRUU.exe, run KaiserCustomRUU.exe and follow the instructions.
d. After the successful flashing of the ROM, KaiserCustomRUU.exe will make a Hard Reset.
e. You may unplug the USB wire as the new ROM loading process will start.
The ROM flashing process will perform as follows:
a. Loads all splash screens, performs the welcome screen and displays the initial Today screen.
b. Then loads Mobile_Vista theme and installs the cabs that reside in the ROM.
Then it continues by performing the User Customization process as:
c. Loads all files from your Storage card directory as described in SDConfig.txt, if any.
d. Loads the *.xml files of SDConfig.txt, if any, and performs the instructions included in these files.
e. The process will finish after machine's final Reset and final boot.
NB : From time to time check with Task Manager and remove unwanted running apps in order to free up precious ram.
Note 1: The new keyboard layout has options for small and big letters.
It is predefined to initial setup of big letters. In this case the Caps are also displayed with double click on shift key.
Note 2: There is a five item menu activated with a tap on top bar.
Note 3: The long power on key press is assigned to Quick List menu.
Note 4: Regedit (the one part of task manager) and Total Commander are assigned in the known inside hard keys.
These are shown if the default Windows today item is not ticked.
Note 5: As you already noticed all screens (initial splash, windows welcome and AutoRun) are redesigned as well as
the Mobile_Vista.tsk theme, the Comm. Manager, the Phone, the Long Key press, the Audio Manager and the Streaming Media player.
Note 6: The three in one Today Plug-in, WiFi - Phone - Bluetooth, is revealed from tob bar menu tap on phone item and then on COM manager.
Note 7: Internet explorer has two new home screens as well as zoom facility.
The initial screen has on line help, IE Home, HTC Home and Xda Developers.
If you tap on IE Home the typical i.e. home screen is activated.
Note 8: The well known SRS WOW HD driver is in the ROM as package for enhanced HD sound.
Note 9: In old style today the bottom screen plug-in has six small buttons where from left to right you can have:
- The green for on off the phone
- The GPS ephemeris activation
- The memory
- The Bluetooth
- The Icon only for battery charge view. For the settings there is the top bar battery button.
- The screen rotation button.
Note10: Tom Tom 6 navigator is included in as is base of the original package that comes with your device without any map included.
Note11: From Start you can test D3DMdemo that can achieve more than 51 fps.
In order to stop D3DDemo tap on small blue area just bellow top bar and then on the revealed x button.
Finally due to Touchflo as a package inside the ROM, the HTC Home is disabled, but you can use all other Today Items if Touchflo is disabled.
There many other apps in ROM and Total User Customization in order your valuable TyTN II to outperform!

Slow
my 1st impression is this ROM is slow.
slow booting, slow customization, slow response to screen clicks.
I revert back to Original ROM after 5 min. of testing.
Does anyone face this? or I'm the only one here!
