My screen in Acer F900 is dead ! I found new one on ebay.co.uk for 75 pounds which is to much for me. Enyone know where I can buy used one or cheaper new one? Maybe anyone has broken Acer but screen is ok? See what happend on photos.
Any information can be helpful as I love my Acer and want to use !

75 pound? thats pretty cheap, you would get a screen for prob 80% of that price...

i did try to replace just the touch screen tho
for this you need a surgeons hand a microscope and a soldering iron!
be very careful... my screen wouldn't plug in prope ly after removing
my touchscreen was broken to...

but absolutely no ned of soldering!
just a plug and play thing (after having disassembled the trinity)...
its easier to replace the whole screen, i.e. the LCD and the touch screen, than it is to do just the one!
i got my screen off ebay ! but beware there are some crap ones out there which give the screen bug problem. make sure its a genuine one!

if you want i can post you my screen which im not using any more! i cant be asked selling it on ebay ! plus it gave my trinity the screen bug problem! other than that it works no probs. you pay for the postage to greece!

i lost my stylus, i dont really need it. but it's handy to have stylus available to soft-soft when phone is freezed ( screen of death ).

In Europe you can get a new stylus at MK-Electronic.de (I think there is also a englisch website).
I got mine there, but I had to write them a mail because the stylus wasn't in there webshop. I forgot how much I paid but it was around 10 euro.

The owner is selling this phone to me for price Rs. 20,000/- (Indian Rupee) with original billing & everything. :victory:
Phone look's like in good condition, but I think price is too low for such a phone. :silly:
