I recently upgrade my HTC from 1.44 operator's ROM (Orange Fr) to 1.66 FRA, but there's no more A-GPS in the settings pannel (localisation).
Is there a way to get it back ?

i was traying to remove the sim lock of Cellcom (Provider in israel)
and upgrade the ROM
now i cannt see any network NOT cellcom and NOT orange
i cannt make any call, i just see that i have a voice message on the bar,

what is the CID
maybe the problem is with the CID or th country ID
whan i had install the new rom i selected the UK sevice provider ,
mayby this cuse the problem.

Today want update my radio update for my HTC Tytn II
my radio ver is now 1.54 update to 1.64
ERROR 262 in update (view jpg for Error262)
My HTC Tytn II have radio 1.54 whit ROM 6.0 pro
Which version should I go to my radio version update?? (HTC TyTn II)

I believe 262 is USB related & may sometimes be caused due to firewall or virus protection.
McCafee particularly.
Temporarily disable your firewall. But also, make sure the radio you're trying to use is compatible with your Rom, ie... a 6.0 radio will not work with 6.1.

I had the same problem. I just updated to OEM rom from TMobile.com.
After that update went smooth.

i've bought a vodafona vda v (like htc s710) and i want to install the new htc s710 rom/firmware etc. so i think, i have to do a cid unlock für my vda v. in the web i never find a sw for this problem and a "how to" - so i have to ask the experts in this forum and i hope, any of you can help me.
is it a must have to do a cid unlock, or can i install the new rom into my vda v?

Hi everyone, I own a HTC Raphael with italian 3G sim since 2 years and a half.
Recently I updated the radio for my device: the first custom radio I used was 1.11.25.01 and then I changed to 1.14.25.35.
It's been 2 months that I can't connect to 3G network anymore, so the device automatically switches to TIM. It cannot find other network using manual search too (only TIM, VODAFONE and WIND).
I'm using OS Version 5.2.23683, Manila version 2.5.20161332.0 CFC,
Rom version v.5.23683 (date 08/30/10). Everything comes from TAEL ROM.
Does anybody know the reason?

Solved by installing latest Tael Rom.
