/edit: When you wipe after flash, you will loose the images.
also I would suggest packing both .img and .ko files in the same zip. will make size smaller (then move it to /system)
Just have to name the .ko files 1.ko and 2.ko and rename

i find this question a little weird..
but in basic language the ram hack removes sacrifices the phone's 3d graphics processing and uses the space to make general operations on the phone faster.
EDIT: so basically if u can turn it on and off, you can turn ram hack on for general use, but then turn it off again if you want to pay a 3d game.
there are 3versions online at http://code.google.com/p/l-rom/ now, lite,full and a third one^^ they are all polish so far , right? can't wait for international one <3

From what I can tell, this rom is 99% english.. the only thing that is in polish is spare parts.

Actually, I used a rom in which optional ramhack in-rom was available. By TehDust. Used it several weeks ago, actually.

Do you know what the differences between the 3 are? I know one is lite and one is full. I got that part but the 3rd is a mystery to me. I will try it out and see.
I'm gonna post some screen shots if you'll update them in your first post...
Third mystery one is a normal version, I think. It has basic and a few extras. nothing fancy like 3rd party apps. so far, runs well. ram hack on and off is awesome. you can confirm status by typing su and then free via terminal emulator. oh yeah, advanced launcher is included.

SetCPU - Battery life
If you are experiencing battery live issues, then you should probably set up SetCPU. There are possibly still issues with the display, as some people are reporting high display battery usage. However, these steps can make a BIG difference.
1. Find SetCPU in your programs.
2. If you are asked to choose a device, choose the bottom item "Custom Frequencies..."
3. You may be asked for root access. You should allow this.
4. Tick "Auto-refresh" and "Set on Boot" and ensure CPI Governor is set to "ondemand"
5. No profiles are needed. I'd say you need a good understanding of how processes and threads work, and what the impact is to do any use here... and if that's you, then you won't be reading this guide.
6. Confirm your settings against the image (attached).

I think it has a whole new sense location widget (which is looking really great) and a car panel. (But then again, I don't use the HTC apps that much, so these could be part of the 1.32 rom )

A Windows based machine
xUltimate v2.2
Patience
Process:
-Unzip xUltimate v2.2, and launch "Main.exe"
-If everything goes well xUltimate should recognize the phone and make a connection. You now should see a list of options.
-Run option 1, 2.
-Now these well take a while. Run option 3.
-IMPORTANT: After you have run option 3,
-Now run option 4, and wait.
-Exit xUltimate, and put the phone in USB mass storage.
-Go back into the xUltimate folder and copy "done_frame", and "done_app", and move them to the root of the sdcard.
-Open a command prompt, and do the following:
adb shell
su
stop
mount -o rw,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
rm /system/app/*.odex
rm /system/framework/*.odex
cp /sdcard/done_app/* /system/app/
cp /sdcard/done_frame/* /system/framework/
mount -o ro,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system
reboot
and voila your phone is deodexed
(Note: Please report me if it violates anybody's copyright. I just wanted to correct it.)
It's not bad. First of all I think you should replace the 3d gallery to Quickpic, and add another music player. Don't remove the original launcher, because it's important for the kies.

I used Mortplayer, but it's very slow (since the 1-2 months update).Nowdays the best media player is the Power AMP, but it isn't free, so you need crack it, but I think it is the best option, we needn't crack it and everybody loves it
If you don't want crack it, then there are the mixzing, it's free and fast but it isn't very beatifull.
So I think the Power AMP is the best.
By the way, add the adfree too, it's a very good app ;D

Nobody should use cracked apps in a ROM. And you should know that and not even suggest something like that. Everybody can find the right "sources" if someone don't want to buy an App - but you should buy though and support the dev - and not even think of including a piratated app into a ROM.

Those are easily available in this forum. Check it out.
I tried it's good rom, I think it looks better if there are any modification, for example htc theme, or any themed firm.

1-Copy .zip file in the SD card
2-Turn off and enter in recovery (Power + VOL+)

* To activate the animation CRT-Off to turn off the screen you have to activate all the animations in: Settings> Display> Animation> All animations. That if you consume more battery
* With this rom you have the best performance in Galaxy plus at the moment. You no need flash adrenaline shot or any script for performance (in my opinion)
** U can manually delete obsolete stuff too. with ROOT EXPLORER, enter in system/app/ and delete this files:

***PERSONAL NOTE***
personally, for me, is the best, the more fluid, simple, does not crash, the battery lasts longer than any rom, its aesthetic is equal or nearly equal to that of the stock rom. 3G and WiFi works very fast. Games will work better than any rom because this rom uses only RAM.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Download RAM Manager Pro http://filerio.com/2gy1ym2wi5hr and select the option "Default (Samsung)" is for games and applications that need lots of ram work without lags

This is more noob friendly than Broodrom as its all setup and running straight from flashing, no mesing with scripts or settings

I think the developer can claim his user friendly price when he creates a configurator tool which is better then mine.
And it totally looks like broodROM RC1 btw

trust me a lot of people don't know what tweaks exist out there or how to apply them, and don't have time to read and get to know things, they don't want no configurator or anything to complicate it for them even more. Personally, i have no use of this rom as i know how to mod and tweak stuff, but i'm sure it will be helpful for a lot of people who want to improve stuff with only one flash.

indeed nice 2 have another flash able rom for our galaxy! Aldo i will stay with brood rom RC2 (after adjusting settings and a few small tweaks..).
The only reason why i would be intrested is a longer battery life if it would be..
Just let me know what u guys think if it's longer battery life or not (than the other custom roms)

Oh it doesn't matter don't worry lol, you are right about you don't have to setup anything mainly because there is just less to configurate, just like XXKPS Performance Edition RC1, also no configuration needed

I found out a really good host is sourceforge (dunno how long it takes before they delete non open source downloads from their site)

Oh sorry.. I have no time to do it. I don't know if it works with gingerbread kernel. You can try flash kernel after flashing this rom. BTW try froyo kernel first and you may like it this rom is battery friendly, clean,stable and fast. no fc till now.

Wow, this rom is quick for sure!!! there's only one thing really important missing.... i'm missing a input method (keyboard.) i cant download one also because i cannot type something.
[BUG]
FC while importing and exporting contacts to SD card.
OOPS...I find that there are many fc in stock sms and contact apps cause by many system apps removed. I will make a patch or redo the rom later. As I use third-part apps to replace it, I am apologize about it.
