backlight tab on htc.home.v2.0.814.722.cab

I installed HTC Home plugin v2.0.814.722 this morning on my Orbit 2 and much to my dismay it works just fine except for the backlight adjust tab.
Has anyone else got the same problem or does anyone know the tweak to solve this problem?

I have the same problem on Cruise... After instalation new HTC Home Plugin backlight setting from icon doesnt work My ROM is WM 6.1 from bepe... I think with original ROM it works, there is problem with WM 6.1...

NEW HTC Home? Bepes .58 ROM uses 2.0.1812.2525 which by my understanding is considerably newer than 2.0.814.722. Right?

sounds like the problem i was having on my orbit2
i used the "Backlight bug fix.cab" which i found on this forum.

TF2D and S2U2: Slide to answer not working

Hey Everyone,
I've got a problem with slide to unlock and Touchflo 2D:
I'm using a Tytn2 with the M-Opal Rom, skinned with a diamond skin. I addition to these programs, im using Slide to unlock(1.62), skinned with a diamond skin too.
Unfortunately, everytime someone calls me, it is really hard to answer (while using S2A as well as normal buttons).
It seems to be "flickering" on the screen like a kind of overlay.
Feels like i'm just touching the symbols down below the overlayed answer buttons (or S2A slider) that has been already a problem since I used S2U2, even unskinned.
Has someboy a solution - cause every 2nd call gets missed due to the fact that i'm not able to accept it.

Might I suggest you post in the S2U2 development thread?
Seems to me a possible issue with S2U2.

problem with Topaz in TomTom 7

Hi guys, first: sorry fo my english.
I've got a problem with Topaz in TT7, which is the screen isnt flipping into landscape mode when i turn it. Well I've also got Samsung Omnia and the same version of tomtom (7.915.9196) and in Omnia its working fine, but in Topaz id doesnt turn into landscape, also it doesnt have any settings about automatic flipping the screen into landscape.
Does anyone have a solution for this, any cab or change in reg?

HTC does not automatically rotate screen in all apps. By default only Opera, HTC Album and Messaging are rotating. There are many options to fix that - just use "Search" button

Rotate screen

Hey, my mom is using a Samsung Omnia (the first 8gb version) All original never been updated before. The phone got a standard function to rotate your screen when you hold your phone in landscape mode. Is there a app that works correctly. I've tried rotate me and BsB Tweaks. The first one won't work automaticly and the second one works after you've selected your app that must rotate. I've got several apps, so it takes me a lot of time. Also I'm not trusting BsB Tweaks.
Shortly is there an application for my HTC Touch Diamond 2 with a stock win 6.5 ROM that can rotate my screen instantly?

It does not rotate your today screen (Manila)
Still working with BsB Tweaks, still not sure if it works correctly.

Use Gaz TD2 Tools this app rotates manila too

My HD2 remains locked when Incoming Call. Any solution?

I'm facing a strange issue recently.
When I've got an incoming call, my HD2 wakes up, but all I can see is the Lock screen (WM 6.5 lock).
Therefore I cannot see who is calling (hidden by the lock screen) or even pick up the call.
I did a hard reset, but the problem is still here. So I guess it comes from a third party application...
- WM 6.5.3 (Manila 1992)
- I am not using any specific locker (no S2U2 or other)
- No tweaks (no BSB, HD2 tweaks)
- WkTask
- Ameba
Does anybody face the same problem and know how to solve it?

Try switching off Quiet Ring on pickup and see if it makes difference.

Thanks for your help. I think the problem may come from WkTask....
I just uninstalled WkTask and it seems it works better now. I have to double-check if this was the real cause of the trouble.

+1 with totally different settings
I also face this problem about once every 3-4 days. The phone rings but is totally non-responsive to hardware buttons. The screen remains off (completely black). Generally this situation can be remedied by a battery removal reset.
I use different apps (many many) and lock (pocket shield).
I thought this was a pocket shield prob but now ???.
Annoying but tolerable.
