HTC Input Methods Messed up - Touch Pro, Fuze General

For some reason, the HTC Input Methods, like the Compact QWERTY and the Full QWERTY, doesn't let me type English at all! The Full QWERTY simply doesn't let me switch to the English layout and forces me to stay on the Symbols layout; while the Compact QWERTY does, but all I can type on it are symbols and numbers.
Here is my attempt to type "hello":

In addition, even with other SIPs, I can't get the bar of suggested words to show, instead of a "dropdown" box.
I'm using Energy ROM Feb 17 Build 23529 with Sense 2.1. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced!

WM6 Dialpad incompatibility

Why does all of wm6 qvga dialpad skins for TyTN, (most are beautifull), are not compatible with my TYTN 2 (kaiser)?
Are there some minor modifications to do, and if yes what are these?
(For example video button is now in second position from top bar and was on tytn in 2nd pos from bottom)
In all cases, only the background is working but the buttons still the originals...
I'd like to adapt this skin to kaiser dialpad

My second question: is it possible to find a trick to make contact images who appear during call in dialpad screen a little bit larger? these are very small

htc fuze keyboard differneces?

I did a quick search under 'fuze keyboard' and I couldnt get a clear cut answer, so forgive me for asking this question if its been covered before
i noticed, that the htc fuze from at & t has a different layout of the keyboard compared to the htc touch pro sold elsewhere
so my question is, if i did purchase a htc fuze, and update it with a cooked wm6.5 rom, what happens with my keyboard?
when i press the symbols on the fuze (top row), will it actually show up as a bunch of numbers (123456789) as if I was using a touch pro keyboard? (pls refer to images below)
Thanks in advance!

[Q] [REQ] Default NotesWidget - custom graphics?

Evenin' lads.
I've managed to tweak visually my GT540, however one thing gives me a headache, namely: notes widgets. I'd say i've searched almost everywhere, however none of the ones i've found meets my - let's call it - "requirements" as the default app does:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The favor i'm humbly asking for is to redo this particular widget to visually fit into either Eclair's default or typoclock-like minimal style without modifying it's behaviour.
Would anyone take on the challenge?

Implementing Predictive Text functionality in Custom Keyboard

Hi Fellow members ! I am new here.
I have built a very basic android keyboard. (See the image)
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now, I want to add predictive text functionality in it. Which requires SuggestionStripView
I read some posts on StackOverflow which led me to some links which had the JAVA part of it and I understood that.
But, I couldn't find any post, blog, video, example which contained Front End Part of it.
When I tried myself I got an error which basically said that I can not use any layout with KeyboardView
So my question is how do I MERGE my KeyboardView and SuggestionStripView in order to create a Complete Keyboard?
