HI All,
I have done a few searches on this and found nothing...
Sometime when I open the dialer, the bottom half is missing, the part with the numbers, makes it really hard to make a call
I have tried several roms and all the same story, have to reboot to fix the problem.
Anyone know a fix.

I too have this problem
I seem to remember that its because the HTC Dialler was compiled for Win Mo 6.5.1 and not our newer cooked Win Mo roms.
We need a new HTC Dialler
Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong as I'd also love a fix for this problem!

try unzipping this to windows and rebooting..
I reshacked it the dialer as I was getting annoyed with it..
this is the latest 210 leo one if you want to try it.

My Dialler keys, such as hold, speaker, keypad, mute, end call, etc, dont work during the call. Will this cab fix it? If not can you help?

Hi,
I am using Miri rom and had the same problem with my keys while i am in a call.
I've fixed it by disabling the "Tap Time" in BsB tweaks, just turn this option off and soft reset.
Please tell me if it worked.

Last night I got my Mogul to work with the TouchFLO files. It looks and works great! I will try and add a video of it tonight. I'm so darn tired now.

1 of the PPCgeeks mod had it working, but was unable to duplicate it after a hardreset, so it is possible, but difficult
well I go it to work from a hard reset but make sure you don't install the audio manager today plugin. Thats the one that gave me black screen, then I removed it and it started to work again. I'll get the step by step tomorrow. I've been doing some plumbing all day and I'm beat!

I wouldn't call that touchflo, from what little i've read that looks to be buttonflo. Not really changing it with a finger flick on the screen but with a button.
Looks like you have the 3 tab touch home plug, Contact Manager and a custom dial pad installed as well as button flo. When you get a chance, please give instructions and download links on how you got the button flo part working.

Yeah I'd call that ButtonFLO as well. Not to take away from what it is though, I'd love to get the files and installation instructions.

After I got the TouchFLO working I did a soft reset and made sure it still works. After installing each of these files I made sure the touch still worked then I did a soft reset after each install. So I installed 1 program at a time then checked if the cube worked, then did a soft reset. I hope this makes sense.
Forgot to mention, I did update my ROM to the newer one from here:

so your saying right off the bat touchflo (buttonflo) worked for you from the alpha cab?

u cant disable the chat style its part of the wm6 ->6.1 upgrade.
more problems are TCPMP dosen't work, nor could i get Dynamo2 to work i think the Vodafone rom is the problem since the dont work on L26 and DCS 1.5? both use the vodaphone rom.

Most cooks write any solutions to problems at the first page of their Thread cose some lazy(me) or busy people would rater use a rom that they know works and will be quicker to get than reading through a whole thread.

Well... if you have time to find a ROM to your needs.
Then you also have the time to read isn't?
Or do you pick a ROM with your eyes closed because you are to busy?

Have the same rom and when I go to allign your screen menu, either screen or any button is not responding so I have to take the battery out and put it again. I've discovered this as I have some problems with my screen - sometimes is just not responding when you touch it with stylus or finger, so I thought maybe allign screen will help..... This is my 3rd Kaiser as previous two had the same issue with the screen, is anyone have this issue, is it normal ? How can I fix this problem ?

Try to flash stock ROM and see if the problem still exist!

Me busy ha! i did say i was lazy i pick roms from what i read on the front page and from past experiences with older versions. i actually liked how quick your roms are just couldn't get dynamo 2 and tcpmp to work. and yes when u are on a rom that the programs u want to work work on and u try another rom and find they dont work and wonder what else might not work and decide to look on its front page for solutions to problems like u usually do if there is a solution look at the first few pages then the last one and eventually flash the old rom back cause it dosen't seem to be worth it.

Resco Explorer is added by default to the registry. Works like a charm. No need for additional programs like Ameba or wtasks.
Finaly have a fix for the "old" resco explorer i'm using

The possition fix works for any program. So if there are other programs that have an overlap problem, here is a simple fix.
I have been trying to do this using xtasks for swype without any luck. have you managed to add the swype window class using this.

I'm sorry but I don't use swype. It seems to do a pretty good job though for any class name. Give it a try (although I don't think xtasks or for example ameba uses another mechanism) But hey, who knows?
haven't tried xtasks but Ameba is good. only prob is that u need to disable the position fix when running Garmin.
showcase 1.01 in the 1st post is known to crash / freeze in the new WM builds.
u can't position fix the swype keyboard unfortunately. there's a general registry setting to adjust the SIP display area but swype (2.0 at least) seems to ignore this.

Although the hack is from e-natives, it isn't showcase. Just a little hack.
i have trouble with wm6.5.x when installing programs... i tried to install pocket player 5.3.5.. when finished the installation, have to press OK button in the right angle, on top, but is not visible (hidden under the small clock) and can not touch it, as there is the titlebarlist from wm6.5.x (an other thing that i hate) .. or other programs have a button to the right corner, to the bottom, hidden by the large bottom bar.. it is any solution to automaticaly resize the windows of the programs to the size of wm6.5.x ?

Anyone know of a way to position fix Total Commander on 6.5.x?
I love this program and use it all the time but the toolbar overlaps at the bottom. I've tried both Ameba and e-natives position fix but they don't do it.
Anyone got any ideas?

My problem: when i get a text message, it cames without sound, even if every setting is ON for sounds.
I'm using 2.53.479.3 WWE HTC (02/01/10) ROM with radio 4.49.25.91.
Can anybody help me? I don't know what's the problem, it seems just for me...

Seems like it would be a sound file issue.
Yes it plays, when i hit the play button. Play every sample and mp3s, but when i receive an sms...there's no sound...
...and this problem only for receiving sms... every other notification sound (alarm, email, etc..) works perfectly. I dont want to do a Hard Reset...
Here is the SMS reg key.
You can either modify this key and install it or open to view the path in your registry.

You will need to change the WAVE file in the registry to whatever .wav file you have.
I was just supplying the reg settings for you to confirm your own.
Bruce Inman, I changed my path to \Windows\Rings\Alarm-VeryHigh.wav, but still no sound, nothing, only the green LED. There still might be an error somewhere...
Try putting the file directly into Windows folder.
If it still doesn't work, I hate to say it but... I think a Hard Reset is the only thing that will fix your issue.

We got the same problem, i don't know what cause this, but we can check something, what programs do U install to the device?
....and the landscape mode didn't work fore me either for programs that used to.
IE, Opera, etc..
Didn't find the solution, so had to Hard reset it. After that the sound and vibration work again, and the system is more stable now.
check HKCU\software\microsoft\inbox\settings\smsavailable=1

I did the Hard reset too. ... but you won't believe this:
After HR, everything is fine, sms sound work again. But after i installed my programs, the sms sound gone away again...

Try not installing "NeoS2007 driver pack"
AFAIK, this is not being supported anymore so you probably have a driver incompatibility issue.

Problem solved.
Hungarian manila files caused the problem. Switch back to english, and everything works fine. I'll try different hungarian translation pack for this version of Manila...

I know that there has been many threads regarding landscape cabs for hd2 but I need ask this anyway. I have tried with a couple of cabs for enabling my hd2 for landscape mode but everytime I had an issue with the picture tab. This tab does not work at all, I cant see any pitures and after a while the phone gets laggy.
I have cookies home tab 1.7.1 , xda backgroung4alltabscookie hqwallpatch installed. It should not be anything to do with them right?
Could someone out there give me a cab which is working properly?

I have tried quite few landscape cabs before all had issues with picture and audio tab...same thing on this one or is it ok?
I have this problem too. My hope is that when it is posible to instal landsscape theme.... my problem will be decided. Or I have to instal new version of manila....but I`m too ignorant to do that

i'v just tried this cab but it messes up the music and pictures screens, the rest looks ok. i'v never really had intrest in having a landscape mode before but after seeing this i'd also like a cab that works without messing up the mentioned screens.....
I enabled landscape mode in Sense using BSB Tweaks and thought it worked but as I was shaking the phone to take this screen capture it flaked out and I had to soft reset. So I'm looking for an alternative too. Now that I think about it though, we will probably have to wait for a new version of Sense to come out to correct the issue.
I think the problem is in Manila - 2.5.19211619.0
