increase voice call with headset - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Themes and Apps

hello folk!!!!
i've a little but very annoying problem with sound of my hd2...
I use my motorbike every day..and off course i need the headset to call my work colleagues...
I use a coocked rom by topix (1.5.2)..a very good rom very stable but...when i plug the headset, my volume..although setted maximum is too low to listen my incoming calls...
I installed htc audio booster..but it doesn't work (i don't know if i installed a not compatible version with hd2..when i start it the program screen is veeeery tiny, and if i receive an incoming call with fm radio started, i can hear both simultaneously with the low volume )
i uninstalled that and after i tried SRS WOWHD 1.5.1.0 .. i started and it tells me "there is no WOW HD driver loaded.the control panel will now exit"
Do you have any solutions for me??
thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
and sorry for my english

must i change rom for you??

now SRS WOWHD 1.5.1.0 works..(soft reset)but the volume with headsets is the same...

do no one have any idea??

Hi
Theres absolutely no sound at all coming from my wizards speakers when they are turned on to full volume. Also when I try to receive or make a call I also have no sound on there either. Is this a hardware fault or a software issue (I'm running CRACING's WM6.5 RC1)?
Thanks
Alex

Topaz as TomTom GPS for use on Motorbike -- Sound Problem

Hey Guys,
what I am planing to do is to use my Topaz for navigation on my bike.
Generally it works as I want it to work but I have one problem left. The sound is not as loud as it should be.
What I did so far:
- Install TomTom 7 on my Topaz
- Install a bluetooth headset in my helmet
- Redirect system sound to BT headset via BTA
- Set system volume to max as well as TomTom volume
So far everthing works great but when I am riding my bike its pretty hard to understand anything. So I have to get the sound louder somehow.
The Tool AudioBooster just says "No Headset Connected" when I am trying to start it.
Any idea how I could boost the sound output via BT?
Greetz Topaza
Unzip attachment and copy to your Windows folder overwriting original and your max volume level will be increased.
BTW, this is a common question and solution is readily available with a simple google search. No need to open a new thread for this.
thanks for your reply. The file you provided increases the volume via. the Topaz speaker and via. (cable) headset a lot.
Unfortunately the sound via bluetooth stays the same or is increased a little but i cant recognice a difference...
any other ways?

I don't use BT so I cannot confirm if it increases with this file but opening the .cvs show settings for BT, so I would assume it should increase BT as well.
I have an Extra loud one if you want to try it, however you will need to adjust your speakers to a lower level to avoid distortion.
Please let me know if you notice an increase in BT vol.
still cannot recognize any signifficant change in volume via BT
Thanks for the confirmation.
Personally I think BT allows for too much background noise and your best option would be earbuds to cancel excess noise...
Unless you're on a Harley, then there's no way to hear anything but your motor...
Sorry man...
damn, the idea was so great and everything works perfect except this ****ing BT headset - whose integration into the helmet was hard work btw...
There HAS to be a solution. Still donĀ“t know how but i will get this thing working somehow...
Maybe I have to tune the hardware... a better speaker, a small amp or somewhat ^^
Anyway, if someone has an idea how to boost the sound, please let me know!

Sound too low on your headset ? Read this ...

Hello all,
Since I recently started cooking WM 6.5 for Polaris/Cruise, I noticed that the sound was low on headset listening to music for example, which I found very annoying. I found a fix on a french forum backup, but sound was then too loud, especially the "tick" of HTC Volume Control was damaged and seemed to have an "echo" whilst changing volume.
I successfully tested an acoustic file inspiring from the settings found in Iolite one. I wrapped up the file and a line of reg info in the attached cab.
For the tech geeks, line F25 in AudioParaX.csv was altered:
F25,CE_PLAYBACK_HEADSET,5,4000,409
From Iolite this setting is
F25,CE_PLAYBACK_HEADSET,5,4000,2D4E
End of the game. Now it works as it should
Ideally your device should have security disabled. Just install the cab and SR, then enjoy restored volume in headphones !!!
And beware not to listen to full levels for hours ! Might affect your hearing capabilities ! lol you've been warned
Cheers,
nAr

[MM roms] Big problems with bluetooth headset (LG HBS-730) low quality

Hello,
i have one big issue that prevents me from fully enjoing marshmellow roms ,the bluetooth audio.
I have a bluetooth headset from lg hbs-730 an they work just fine with every android (this year i changed like 15 handset) and NEVER had any problem, they just works.
BUT they dont work on a oneplus with mm rom and i can't understand why.
the headset connect via bluetooth with no issue and audio comes out fine at first, but when you get heavy bass or just a lot of instruments in the song the audio lose quality and noise ramp up.
do you know why?it is fixable?
the only hint i have its that the audio control on kk,lp roms are different ,so when i push the up and down volume buttons on the phone the bluetooth audio of the phone is managed, but when i press the volume buttons on the headset it manages its OWN volume.
This doesnt happen in MM roms, when you push the volume button of the headset ord the phone its the same volume bar which is managed.
