Hi There!
Is there a definitive answer for whether it's possible to make voice dial work, even with third party software?
Is the MS Voice 1.6 supposed to work for HD2?
Voice Dail
Hi
I am using Cyberon Ver 1.2
www.cyberon.com.tw
Work very good on my HD2
Hi
I'm using MS Voice 1.6 on my stock HD2 with no problems. It is a little slow to get going as the pips seem to take for ever and then you have to wait for the contact card to come up before you say yes, but it does take the hassle out of voice dialing.

Have been using Cyberon Voice Spped dial. Works well with all ROMs and is compatable with most BT headsets. Easy to configure and can be used for contacts as well as opening applications. You will find a download link in these foruns by using the search button.
Try to download 1.2 version and not 1.1 version, as this allows you to save and retrieve your voice data.
KOR!
Sorry for the Dump question. In dutty's Apr 16th ROM, a voice actually tells me the incoming call numbers along with the ring tone. What is the name of the application that do this kind of stuff? (sorry, i am not sure how to search this specific question)

Microsoft Voice Command?
MS Voice command
MS Voice command version 1.6 or 19209 or in latest 19213 does the same. You'll have to select or check the option in settings section and it will do the same

Thanks Guys!!
Cyberon Voice Commander is anothe option as well.
I have cyberon voice commander 3 and I don't see the option to announce incoming calls. Hopefully it will be added in the final release.

It works a lot better than MSVC and I like the option to add voice tags to a contact/command so that it works even better.
I picked up an HTC Tilt 2 (aka Touch Pro 2) from AT&T a couple of weeks ago. One of my first priorities was figuring out how to make free VoIP calls using Google Voice and Gizmo.
I finally got it working to my satisfaction today using the following programs:
iDialer (Google Voice version)
iContact
Fring (configured with my Gizmo settings)
I use iDialer to originate the call through Google Voice, using my Gizmo5 account as the callback number. I use Fring to answer the call.
This works on both wifi and 3G. I've tested it only on my device using Windows Mobile 6.5, but I assume it should work on earlier versions and other devices as well.
I posted complete configuration instructions on my blog for anyone who's interested.
I want to first say that I love the google voice search, when searching the web, the voice to text is excellent. Probably the 'killer app' for me on my phone. My question is why cant i get a simple thing such as Call Tom Jones at Home to work?
I say that & I the phone starts dialing some random person not in my phone book, it literally starts dialing some random company.
Considering how accurate it is on other areas of my phone, I dont get why this doesnt work.
I am using MS exchange & the built in email app, so my contacts are in the google contact app. I am also using CM 6.1 if that matters.
Any ideas would be great!
Thanks,
Rich
I have the same question, anybody could help?
