Obviously worth noting...you must have root for this.

You NEED root to use the flash. So you won't find an app that wont require root.

It's worth a whole lot more than not being able to make use of it at all.

Auto Memory Manager

This was one app that I grew accustomed to seeing. That and it was the one app I would recommend to any android user. Being that it requires root, I'm assuming during android mode, will this work with Toast root method?
yes I was playing around with this earlier and have rooted following Toast's instructions. You should be fine.
thanks you very much.

Best app for notification leds?

I've tried using light flow but never had it working properly or they would conflict is there any app out there that just works or works good after a little bit of messing about.
I hated not having it with my nexus S then when i got my 5 I thought I'd be able to use them the stock ones are not that good.

Cyanogenmod 12 has really good notification led support built in... But flashing a custom ROM just for that would be crazy ... ?
Haha prob yeah I usually stick to stock on nexus but I do want to install cm once theme engine is fixed, I like lollipop but it doesn't have material everywhere
Check out this one.

Well that's just the link of LED Blinker PRO. Don't know wether Light Manager Pro is better though since im using CM and don't need such an app
But you can get your money refunded if you don't like the app and uninstall it after testing

There currently is no way to hide root. If we had support for Magisk it could've worked... But both supersu and phh have outdated hide binaries.
Besides unrooting of course.

Question Can anyone confirm if Network Signal Guru is working?

This is something that I may be willing to root for. Specifically I want to be able to read QCI and 5QI.

Strongly recommend Pixel Flasher. Made rooting a piece of piss, once you have downloaded the factory image and pointed the app to it, everything is done with a couple of button presses.

Yup, just downloaded it and updated my platform tools. I am going to start totally from scratch so it's gonna be a few hours of work lol.
