I just bought this xmi x-mini II speaker
the sound is incredibly loud and very good bass for its size
when connected to my laptop, ipod or iphone...
while connecting it with my desire hd its volume has just enough loudness,
on max volume on phone and max on xmini speaker...
i wonder if how many power output from the 3.5mm earphone jack the desire hd have,
does it cause this or is it just a software issue since the speaker has built-in battery that could last up to 12 hours on normal playback so i guess power output is not an issue.
anyone got this speaker?
I've got one of these; awesome little thing and excellent battery life too.
I've not tried it in any other phone so I can't judge how much louder or quieter than other devices the headphone output on the DHD is. Still, 'loud enough' for me...

I may have the solution, I also have a X-Mini and it's possibly the best gadget I've ever bought, the problem is not the X-Mini but it's in fact your Desire HD or should I say the software. I found the fix for this by accident and posted it in the general forum and it worked for just about everyone. Do this, plug in your X-Mini play your music and put everything as loud as possible on the phone and on the X-Mini, while it's playing open up the phone and make a phone call, the call needs to go all the way through, end the call and presto magic !! Listen to the sound difference... be prepared to put the volume down. If this does not work try downloading volume ace from the market and turn everything up with that.
I found this fix one day by accident when I had my phone plugged into the audio jack of my car.
Whats the audio quality like using bluetooth on the Infuse? I only use high quality music files, mostly FLAC via a AUX cable in my vehicle currently.
lol i thought i was the only one using FLAC still these days but Bluetooth quality sucks on a lot of headphones since it made Wireless not for Quality so since you have FLAC i would go with Wired Headphones that have a mic on it
Is there anyway to listen to audio out in real time?
I couldn't find a single app that offered real time audio out from my headset microphones.
Audio out from where? The phone jack is already audio out.
I got some new over the ear headphones and I have to turn up the media volume up all the way but it isn't loud enough. I don't really want to carry around an external amp at the gym.
I'm not sure of the impedance of the headphones. I've seen that there's a mod on here to increase the volume but does it decrease the audio quality? What options do I have?
I'm on XPower 3.0.
I just emigrated from note 4 to htc u12 +. the question is: on sm910c i had jbl j55. now on htcu12 + I would like a comparable headphones but no cable ... for bluetooth
