I have brought two phones from UK .one is HTC TOUCH P3450 and other is ZTE G X760 ;both were locked.I realized it only after I came to India.With the help of this forum ,I have successfully unlocked one phone and I am expressing my sincere gratitude here,but other one is still locked.And I couldn't unlock it cos its manufactured by a Chinese Manufacturer.There isn't much support available online.

buy the code from ebay... there is no imei code calculator for this. code must be provided by the operator or someone with connections inside the mobile phone company.

I bought a Motorola Droid 2 Global from ebay(india) and I'm from India itself,but the phone is locked,what should I do in order to unlock it to use any sim card?i cannot contact verizon and I know that there are some sites which can provide unlock codes.,but without verizon and some sites,is there anyway to unlock it,i was suggested to use a custom ROM at DM but I've seen in other forums that using cROM did not help at all.So,are tgere anyone who can help me.
Btw,i've found two other threads related to this,but still I sarted a new thread hoping that there are new solutions cuz the threads I've found are quite old.Thanks.

I have the same problem and there is no a solution yet. There are some Droid 2 from Verizon that cannot be unlocked because Verizon changed the codes.
Someone says that using TurboSIM the phone can works but I've never tried.
I had to return my phone to USA and try to sell it on ebay as locked.

My phone was unlocked but I changed the ROM and is blocked again.
Kindly follow How To Unlock HTC Hero (especially the Orange UK) and in case of issues, post in that thread someone familiar with the device may be of assistance.
Flashing Roms does not lock the phone. Flashing full firmware including baseband and bootloader may do so.

I bought a LG V10 T-Mobile thru buy& sell online and didn't realized that it still Network Unlocked. I cannot use it to other Network provider and I am very frustrated already. I already try using several unlocking sites but the codes for my IMEI are always cannot be calculated. I'm not sure if this unit is just a demo and cannot be unlock. I also check my IMEI number to T-Mobile IMEI Checker from their site but unable to verify my number. Done also chatting with one of T Mobile support but they cannot also help me to unlock my phone. They said I need to by a T Mobile SIM Card but it is not possible because I'm from the Philippines. There is also a note engraved to my unit saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0
Please help me if there's still a way to unlock the network of my phone.
