Anyone REALLY know if we are getting Windows Live for the Android phones?

I'm split between getting the motorola milestone/droid which has a qwerty keyboard (which i badly want), and between the htc hd2 which has the windows apps which i badly need.
I am kind of stuck now between which one to choose for my new phone. So was wondering
1) is windows mobile 6.5 on htc hd2 backwards compatible with the software from windows ppc and other version of windows mobile? (mainly because the apps i want are stuff like rosetta stone on ppc, reflex mentor on windows mobile, lingvosoft on ppc etc which are old)
2) does android o.s have similar software either already or in the pipeworks from anyones knowledge (i know iphoen has a few of these apps or similar already btu no idea about android)?
3) how easy is it to hack android (i know i can test and trial out a lot of these apps before i buy on windows due to the great internet, but can you also do it to android and iphone)?

I know that i can run Android from my Windows Phone. But is it possible tu run Windows Mobile on Android phone? For example to run WM 6.5 on Desire?
If not so why?
don't believe so it's possible to run android on wm because android is opensource
wm is not so making it happen could take years

I have always wondered if it was possible since phones like the HD2 can dual boot Windows and Android. Can Android phones run Windows if Windows can run Android?
I was wondering if anybody was working on porting windows CE as an app for android. I'm not looking for windows mobile, but that would be kinda cool too. I used to really like the jornada palmtop PCs and thought it woulld be kinda fun to play with on my epic.
I know I dont want anything remotely winmo or iphone on MY streak
I have an old Samsung Infuse I would like to replace the OS on with Windows Mango.
Anyone know if this is possible or is the hardware not compatible? I figure I can install Windows desktop on just about anything so...
