Now, suddenly it back to the first (I do not know how).
Can anyone help me get back to this second?

just rename your photo to Default_person.bmp and copy to windows floder

When I try to access /windows in fileexplorer it takes a long time, 2½ minutes. Why does it take so long?
Then I have another question, is it possible to remove the Windows logo that appers under startup and instead see the text when the phone boots. Hope U understand me, excouse my english.

Check your state's laws regarding recording a phone call. That's a quick way to land yourself a hefty fine and/or jail time if used incorrectly.

If you hold the power button..... A popup comes up in the bottom right corner.
Hit switch today...... then you will see the above screen. You can clone and switch today screens.

what text in lockscreen? where should it placed?

i think it's inside a .exe file. First you must find the right file and after that you have to get inside the .exe file using a hex editor to change the text...
but if you don't know what you should do, and if you don't have any modification experience i think you shouldn't do that because you can damage your device!
So I am having a little problem when trying to take screenshots. I wanted to takea screenshot of my quadrant score since i got a 3525, but whenever I try taking one, this is what I get as the picture:

The G2x has a built-in screenshot capability; you don't need an app (or to be rooted) in order to use it. Just press the "home" button and the power button together, and you'll get a .png in /sdcard/CapturedImages.
