By now I've done a few - see screenshots - that matches to (not all) my fav programs. The icons itself are transparent so they look best on a darker background. Currently they are 96 x 96 pixels - way enough for my 4x4 grid from coOkies hometab.
It's quite a heavy work because there are not many suiteable templates for clear icons around the web. So I will not promise to update them daily
Installation:
1) Download the ZIP from the link below and copy the extracted folder somewhere on your SD card
2) User JWMD Icon Changer or CSMI to replace the existing icons
3) Don't forget to save
4) Open Filexplorer and navigate to "Application Data" --> "HTC" --> "ProgLauncher" and delete all existing files in that folder
5) Softreset
6) You should be "Metro-ed"

cool! really like them! some of them (mostly the text based) don't "match" to what I was thinking of - I'd really prefer symbols than plain text and on the other issue the circle was a little bit too small

very cool icons, I´m enjoying them a lot on my phone, one quick question, can you tell me how to re-sized them a little bit (I´m using a Samsung Omnia i900 WQVGA resolution) the thing is that i´m using them on a windows 7 theme made for spb shell http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=649362 and your icons match perfect what i was looking for but when I used the medium size they don´t look good, then when I used medium (big icon) option on spb they look spectacular but a little to big for my phone so I´m guessing that if I re-sized them a little and copy them again to phone they will look just perfect.
attach a couple of pictures to show you what I mean...

2. Un-install any other custom clock cabs you have.
3. Copy the cab to your device (ignore the Manila Folder) Run your choice of cab.
4. Enable Sense

I think that he is asking for a cab that has the hands only, not the clock face.
ie So that the hands can be used with a different clockface.

I am also attaching the zip with the cab for changing in black the text for the message tab. Always useful for lights BG!
It includes the file 115191c7_manila. It is very easy to modify it with m9editor, so anyone can change it to any other color. Just look into this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=567515
Using the m9editor you have to find the <Property> Name=Color Value="R=0 G=0 B=0 A=255" for every <Object>Type="GLESText" and change it to your favorite colour in RGB code. You have to change the colour property in all the <Object>Type="GLESText" you find by pressing OK button, and when all are changed then save it (in other folder to keep the original) and CAB it into your device to enjoy.
This shouold works in manila 2.5.2012, but i do not think it will do it in others.
You can try with other manila files type mode9. Just look in <Scene> to have a clue what tab can be modified ...

It seems that different ROMs/devices have slightly different icons in the comm manager.
If you can send me the files for your missing icons I am more than happy to whip some replacements up for you.
The files are in the 'windows' directory of your phone. They all appear as 'Function_IconName.png'
Here is an example of the thumbnails and filenames I have.

more things with coloured text
attaching the manila file (2.5.2012) for home tab, just find <Property> Name=Color Value="R=8 G=8 B=138 A=255" and change RGBA to your favorite colour with m9editor.exe

has anyone tried the colored txt with manilla 2.5.1921?

I did and did work it's just great i hopeshe does the same as dinik make an big cab for the whole settings.
But only thing didnt work was the colour lock.

3 . Install all files in Rar file : Included : Digital clock + Analog + [ Dsiglock + Circle battery MOD ( Dunc) ] + Typov4 MOD ( POY ) + pageswitchLink + CHT icons !
Wallpaper : 960 AND 1440 + CHT lock
4. Softreset and enjoy

I think its easy
Just use IconChanger to change icon in app. and add freelink out homescreen

Nice work Beo..def glad you didn't stop making/sharing your wonderful themes!! You know what'll work great with this.. JWMDArmids v1.3, it allows you to change/set the the start menu to select from a single column. Adds to the wp7 feel
Edit: Or there's JWMD Stuick, which can be used as a start menu replacement that will also bring a great wp7 feeling to the theme..

But I've 3 questions:
1:Where can I've download only this taskbar? (because it'snt inclued in your cab?)
2:Where can I find this black background ? (I don't see it in CHT widget)
3:how to remove the transparent black top background(just below the taskbar) that integrates CHT?
