I made this cab to restore the startup sound + restoring the OWNER INFO item in Today's Settings ( See Below ).

you gotta have a wav file, rename to bootuphtc.wav and put it into windows folder.

I dont hear anything at startup... I have the bootuphtc.wav file in my Windows directory, but I couldnt tell you if that was there all the time...

What's the problem? Icons don't change?
Try to delete the file in "windows" and copy again the file, and restart manila.
