Touchflo3D -- Changing Themes

First off, sorry for posting a question that seems so common that it would already be answered somewhere on the forums. However, I have been searching for three days and can not find an answer to this question: How to change the theme of TouchFlo3D.
Here is a link to a theme I would like to use:
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-dirty-paper-theme.html
The DiamondT3D Config did not seem to work correctly. I assume it only functions properly for the HTC Touch Diamond.
Is there an existing thread or Wiki entry to covers this topic?
Thanks in advance.
first off you need to post in q and a section secondly you didnt say what phone you did have
Ingore this thread. I thought I was in the Kaiser specific forums.
I will post this topic there.

Quick reminder - [Q] posts

OK, i really shouldn't need to post this, but please remember guys..
If you can use the "[Q]" tag on your post, it more than likely should be in Q & A, not General....

WhatsApp: Function Inquiry

I am really sorry to ask this question, not sure if its answered before but I was wondering if its possible to see who has you on their WhatsApp contact list? Are there any indications to determine that (Like seeing their online status etc.)?
And also if there are any mods or apps that can find out? Im so sorry if this has been answered a million times, or if this topic is misplaced, if so please direct me to the right section.
Thanks!

[Q] Favorite Android Browser [Poll]

This thread was in response to another forum. I needed to make a new forum in order to add a poll.
Which is your favorite Android browser?

I saw your post in the other browser thread. Really, one is enough! I have been close to closing the other thread because it is far too easy for a new user to use it to get his 10 posts with a 1 word post.

Question [Resolved] Where is the PIN So I Can Set Up My P7P?

The videos that I've downloaded that show how to set up a P7P "fresh out of the box" all say to first enter your PIN. None of them say where to get the PIN.
What are they talking about? How do I get a PIN? How do I enter it? I've never owned a cellphone and this is my first one. Where can I get answers to my simple, basic questions without filling up this forum with a lot of first-time-user questions?
The phone should be factory reset to defaults. Any settings will be ones you specify during setup. Ignore this video.
So the phone will ask me to create a PIN during the initial setup?
You need a pin if you are using the sim card from your carrier/provider.
BTW you dont need to fill up this forum with basic questions because you can answer basic questions with google.
For example: The hotspot question, a hotsport is the same on every phone. Not Pixel 7 Pro related. Just like the sim pin or any other pin.
Have fun

As per Forum Rule #1, most members (seasoned or brand new) use the search function before creating a thread/post and asking it...It's just as highlighted below (about how likely it is...)...

1. Search before posting.
Use one of our search functions before posting or creating a new thread. Whether you have a question or just something new to share, it's very likely that someone has already asked that question or shared that news.
