[25/8/08] Kaiser Keyboard Fix!

Hi all,
I'm sure all of you guys have heard of the infamous Tilt Keyboard fix available for you AT&T users who like to flash HTC ROMs
Well, here is the opposite, it is for you HTC Users who like to flash AT&T ROMs
Simply download the .cab file, install to your device, soft-reset, and enjoy your correctly configured keyboard
Enjoy, and please bring it to my attention if I've missed anything

i just installed on a Dutty 6.1 and it doesnt fix the keyboard for me
I have a Tilt if that makes a difference

dutty's 6.1 doesn't need this man,
but congralulations on your first post

well when i do the Function keys they are the wrong ones, for example when i press FN to turn on WIFI, it opens up File Explorer

try looking for TILT keyboard fix, this .cab will do the reverse

FN-W should be @ but comes up as !
FN-Q should be ! but comes up as @

I just loaded dutts last night and I have the same problem. Did the file about fix it. Also my spell check stoped working once I flashed have you found a fix for that? I can't spell very well.

uhh, again, this is for people with kaisers (not tilts) who flash an at&t Rom on their device. try looking for a tilt keyboard fix instead

I have a french keyboard with tilt.

Screen rotations ?

The HD2 doesn't rotate in every program. with the HD i used Gsen and I was very happy with it , but this program is not working on my new HD2 . Any ideas ?

No, i don't have time for this now. This is release only for my tests.. (what working 6.5.3 on wizard).. free ram is very bad: only 25 mb.

What is the password for unzip file?

I've made a 6.5.3 ROM as well. Will be released soon. But it is German.

wvga screens only oh and 6.5.X

Can someone please attach the background for this screenshot also. I know it is HTC standard, but my ROM does not include it after the cab is installed.

It runs on my 6.5 HD2 and HTC HD has a WVGA screen , doesnt it?

The standard grayish bumpy background that is shown in the second screen shot. I know it is a standard lockscreen wallpaper, but my custom ROM does not have it after the install of this .cab (but it was the default before, and my favorite)
