Is there anyway to change these so they can look like icons instead of showing a preview of the site. cant do it with CSMI as far as I can see.

Hi,
I want to change the structure of my start menu.
Therefor I organised al my shortcut in Submenus.
But now I'm stuck with this ugly maps in the start menu.
Does anybody knows how to change the yellow map into a nice icon?

the answer is no, not really.

haven't used it myself for that purpose, but it says it can work. but really the best way is to edit the manila files yourself.
Appreciate if somebody can post the cab file to remove the background behind the quick links text (i.e. to make the text background trnasparent).

Go into the CHT editor and find the part for quicklinks. These options are both available there.
Yes i know, but i am not using CHT anymore , just plain sense.
I removed all the home screen backgrounds and made many changes in the icons and the frame disappeared. i really dont know how but gald it did

I was wondering how I would go about changing the taskbar or the theme itself on my N1 to that of the galaxy S. I only really want the taskbar and most of all, the korean font that this screen shot has:

Well, if you go to the market and search voca voca app, by sung joon kim, the screenshots should show the taskbar and font right before the time.
I was thinking I could use some website that I used once a while back to change my battery icon but I cannot seem to find it. Something online kitchen.

I think it's the best modification of icons available, the rest are ugly
